We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM after a long journey, having previously called to request that our room be ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, this request was not honored, and we did not receive our room until 5 PM. Despite having prepaid for a four-night stay, our experience was consistently disappointing.
Each day, we spent our time exploring the city, only to return to an unclean room due to the housekeeping staff being significantly backed up. Additionally, both the front desk and housekeeping were unresponsive to phone calls, necessitating in-person visits to the reception desk for any required service.
