Terrible service avoid at all cost
We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM after a long journey, having previously called to request that our room be ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, this request was not honored, and we did not receive our room until 5 PM. Despite having prepaid for a four-night stay, our experience was consistently disappointing.
Each day, we spent our time exploring the city, only to return to an unclean room due to the housekeeping staff being significantly backed up. Additionally, both the front desk and housekeeping were unresponsive to phone calls, necessitating in-person visits to the reception desk for any required service.Show lessNirvaan11
Horrific app
You’d have to look long and hard to find a more useless, incomplete and outright error ridden app that somehow was even allowed on the App Store. The hotel itself was fantastic in every way.Bitwise
Latest update doesn’t work
Can’t get the latest app to work, get to the payment page when checking in remotely and just hangs, none of the options load to pay!tangowinte
App has some issues
Well I won’t write a review of the hotel here, (have yet to stay) but just a few words regarding the app. It looks very impressive and seems to tell me all I need to know, and the digital key idea is a brilliant one. However, when I came to check in, I was prompted to update guest details for the three other people in my group. Unfortunately it seemed to randomly save/not save guest names. So I tried to enter details again and hit the save button, but it would only save details for two of us, leaving the other guests as named “unknown”! Good hotel, dreadful app
The hotel is great - I’ve stayed there loads. The app is indescribably poor and barely if ever works. The experience is you go to the login screen, enter your details then wait. Nothing happens for a while, followed by… nothing. Sometimes you are lucky and get a “you are logged in” screen but then the only available option is the back key which takes you back to the original menu where you find your are now logged out - meaning important options like booking room service or a pool slot are unavailable. And they won’t let you swim unless you’ve used the non-working app to book a slot.Show lesscloudon
App does not work
Couldn’t do online checkin. Once checked in at the front desk could log in to use other services of app “Something went wrong please visit the online check-in desk”
No point to this app if it does not do anything but frustrate the user!disappointed-uk
Dark and not US friendly
Insufficient lighting. Very dark. Curtain ripped and dirty. Poor value for the amount of money this hotel charges. No electric outlets for US devices. Two different elevators to get to our room. Very modern room, but not very comfortable. Will not be back.PatCamille
Great location, proper service
My husband and I stayed at this hotel and it was a beautiful experience. The staff is very friendly. The room is a 10. The location is a 10. Thé view from our high floor room was a 10. Would go back in a heart beat. Only point for improvement is to have slippers in the room and bath maths in the bathroom.Show lessswitilibi
