Can’t access
Even if I delete the app and re-download it, I get a message saying my app is outdated. I cannot access my account through this.
Multiple logins
I have to log in each time I use the app. Please fix this.
Ugh
I can’t even get into the app. It just stays stuck in the landing page. I used to love the bill pay, but ever since you guys went with a different app, nope…instead i go to each individual company’s (electric, water, etc) page and pay from there.
Biometric identification
Can you please fix the problem with the biometric login. I can’t get into the app using it and it won’t even let me set up the biometric identification even though I already have it set up. This has been an ongoing problem since they worked on the app the last time.
Works Great!
Given the very low rating that this app has for now, I was very skeptical. But now I use it to login and check my balances instead of using a browser. The best part about it to me is being able to deposit a check if someone gives it to me. Taking a picture of both sides of the check and hitting submit is easier to do than having to spend time and gas to go through the window.
I would advise people who are having a problem to update your phone’s software. After that, update all of your apps to the latest version, or at least search for this one in your App Store and install the latest version, and finally, restart your device.
90% of problems that many people have with apps is that all of them build up cache files and you can’t expect things to work smoothly when they are never cleared out. Restarting the device is the only way to clean out old temp files, etc., and fixes so many problems.
So if you’re looking to try this, I would say to try it out and try those steps if it crashes or what have you. At least for me it works great, and I’ve used it for a few months.

Ok when it works
Continue to get “unauthorized user” error and have to uninstall then reinstall…repeat every couple days
VERY DISAPPOINTING
When you look at the current landscape of banking, to have an app the poor is almost like malpractice. Other than look at your account, and move money between them, this app is useless!!!
App is out of date compared to others
The app is super dull and boring. Not really user friend. I would love a update soon
The worst banking app I’ve seen
For them to be a credit union, I’m surprised the app is so terrible. I’ve only had it for a week or two and have had to uninstall and reinstall several times. It keeps saying I don’t have permissions! Please stop encouraging customers to use the app if it doesn’t work. Simply fix the bugs and update it! Other than that the one star is for the few times I have been able to utilize it.

App can never finish what you want it to do
This app falls far from what a banking app should be. As simple as it seems, many features do not work, (login screen, checking your specific bank accounts) and on the off chance you do get into your account, trying to deposit a check crashes the app. I have stopped trying with this app and now I only go to the bank location to deposit a check or move money around my accounts, the one thing this app is supposed to help you avoid.
