Flexible Schedule
I am currently a single mother with two children. I quit my 7-3 and started traveling through the week and on weekends! It has allowed me to continue my education to become an RN, BSN and give me room to love on my children while making decent pay. It’s a great opportunity, and I’m so thankful for it.

Y logs were declined three times got packed from two after a week and majestic of Goshen hasn’t paid me in oay period I served worked three building they had me I. The computer as a cna this causes me to struggle financially I dig up for six shifts get three , also that’s indiana my Illinois has been six essfylly renewed due to high volume I wanted three weeks with no Illinois shifts can you please submit

Pay problems
I have submitted work logs that were signed by the facility I was assigned to prove my work. Shiftkey has intentionally rejected the worklog and paid me whatever they wanted to pay me. When I tried to contact them concerning the issue and explain the worklog said that I DID WORK this amount of hours, they would THEN try to correct it. But now they are telling me that they submitted a ticket about my claim and now it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have my money and they have not contacted me about it. So in my opinion, you are gambling on whether they pay you correctly or not.

Like it but ehhh
Only thing I don’t like about ShiftKey in general that they don’t explain anything . You would get suspended with no further explanation and that’s not professional. I hear with grapetree they do investigations and all and just because you get suspended one time don’t mean you can never work through them . They don’t even explain the attendance. I just feel like ShiftKey head is far up their behind it should be a period of time where you are suspended and repeated offense past 3 times then you should be permanently removed from the app . But getting suspended over attendance and not being able to work with them ever again is crazy . That’s the same way a facility can cancel all your shifts but it don’t affect the facility but when you cancel your attendance go down 5 points that’s crazy . Other than that it’s a great app p

Great idea for an app.
The app could use some more updates to make it easier to use for the contractors. Such as allowing clocking and out on the app with signature sign out on screen when clockinrg out. They should allow call out in the apps with instant notification to the facility because one facility posted a non working number as I tried to cancel due to a family emergency and then they placed me as no call no show. Get good rates in my area. Pay is quick and easy with next day pay. Would give a 5 if the app was easier to use.

I’ve tried this app several different times. Just trying to pick up extra work and all I’ve only been successful one time. I bid on everything, no response. I called the number provided and they refer you to the facility. When you contact the facility, they don’t respond. It’s extremely time consuming and frustrating. Make the app easier to navigate and schedule more shifts. Pay was ok.

They need improvement!
Cons: unable to speak to a real person. The lack a lot of shifts to pick from DFW. Limited to only nursing homes and rehab. No hospitals listed. No other kind of healthcare facility listed. Also a con, When you work a facility, you are unable to rate that specific facility. If you work more hours then specified you must wait for facility to approve before you can be paid. Shiftkey please improve

Great app with mostly good customer service
Love love love this app. The pre hiring process was easy. Took less than a week for my drug test and back ground check to clear. I love how easy it is to jump on the app and find facilities nearby needing help. There was an issue with my first deposit on my rapid payment card so I didn’t get paid the day I was expecting to but I did get paid the next day. In that situation customer service really dropped the ball. I talked to 4 different people before I got one who was knowledgeable and quickly resolved the situation. No other issues since then. Overall a great app!
