Horribly designed app. It’s like a class of 2010 high schoolers first attempt at a functional phone application. It signs you out every 3 minutes for absolutely no reason, breaks constantly, and is completely unintuitive. 3 things that are not very fun in an app that is responsible for whether you get money or not. Writing this review because it has broken for the 3rd time in a month, and this time it is no longer even letting me manually input hours on the website. Not working no more
I was using this app for a long time until my phone updated to the 18 developer beta. It stopped working, Then I changed to the 18 public beta and it still not working. I need this app for my daughter on my phone because I need to use it when I take her out in public and not just at home.Stiletto 75
Great in beginning then after an update- dead in the water
So for over almost 3/4 of a year, I’ve not been able to use this app. All worked great then they updated the app then game over. I’ve been told “you’re the only one this is happening to”, but I seriously highly doubt that. I was having to manually enter time on their website and then once we figured out that the app works on my husband’s phone (iPhone 15 & mine is iPhone 14), then I had to start using his phone to log in. He wakes up super early and sometimes doesn’t get home til late… so yeah, that’s fun. I have compared my settings with his settings and we cannot find any differences that would affect my app not working. The app will load the first screen then once I hit the login button, it goes to a white screen and stays on that screen- nothing loads ever. Super frustrating, but every month I try to see if anything has changed… nope!
Also, we have an iPad that doesn’t have any of the stuff that my phone does and it also will not allow me to login on it neither- we get the same white screen.Show lessSkrera

I hate this app SO much. If it wasn’t required for work I would delete it. It isn’t user friendly at all! It doesn’t work most of the time. It makes a stressful job more stressful. This app is absolute and utter trash
This app is such a pain to login to. I could put all my info in correctly and it’ll still say that my session timed out. I have to put my info in 2-3 times all while waiting for an atrocious amount of time just to successfully log in to this app.

Latest version is broken
Latest version does not allow you to see what you’re typing in documentation. Makes it very hard to document activities if you can’t see what you’re typing. Checklist is also very unreliable and unintuitive when it comes to checking assisted items off. Please update…auorabearealis
Always issues
My phone service doesn’t always have a good signal. When I can’t get logged in or timed in, I’ll completely lose pay because I am not allowed to edit. I already have lost a 10 hour day and worry that with me continuing to have to call and question not being able to time in is going to end up hurting me as far as my pay.Show lessPolksalad
Needs to utilize facial recognition on devices
Sometimes logging in and logging out takes more time than the actual service time that I am providing! This is much too difficult and takes too much time, when you are dealing with toilet assistance or things of that nature that aren’t planned actions. If I could clock in using a one touch action and facial recognition it would make things much easierShow lessmcmitch
Not intuitive
It’s a shame that such an important app designed to ultimately help those with special needs, is one of the most convoluted apps I’ve ever used. This seems to be typical for any government related computer program, it is poorly designed and executed. Sad to see this.Craceface
Mom of special needs child
wish I can give 0, this is disappointing. On multiple occasions this app didn’t record when we had a caretaker and then didn’t get paid. We had to pay out of pocket. Families who have special needs kids deserve a little more respect and trust. Shameful App, and practice.bias, racist, pro genocide.
