Worst app I’ve ever used, literally!
I am required to use this app multiple times per day to log visits as a caregiver. This app refuses to allow to me begin visits stating that the previous visit has not been logged out of (of which I’ve attempted to log out of multiple times the previous day and it gives me a completed visit checklist and approval), it refuses to load previously started visits, it refuses to allow me to log out of previously started visits from the same day (of which I have photo proof the the visit was “successfully ended”), it refuses to recognize that I’ve logged in for a visit, it even goes through stages that will allow me to log in with the correct credentials….ALL WHILE USING WIFI!! It is so maddening! I report the issues to the support broker and she sends the issues up the ladder and nothing gets accomplished. I have to go into the Mainsl website every couple of days to correct the visitation logs. This app is atrocious and near useless.Show lessFishfiend
Better than the last EVV APP we used
At first it was confusing how to update the timesheet to reflect actual hours allowed and how to edit the extra time. We tend to update/approve once a week which is helpful when clocking in daily as I do. This way if we forget to approve for any reason by the deadline I will see it the next time I start my time. I also set timers on my phone for clock in and clock out time. It’s helpful if you are not used to the routine. Two years in and it’s so much faster and better. Very happy with it.Show lessIngfit
Terrible
When you think Iconnect APP os bad you find this app that doesn’t work, the website I can’t login. Has been a long time and nobody gives support. I am going to file a complaint with AHCA since this APP doesn’t do its job.NahirCardoso
Update checklist to match FMS timesheet
There are three things this app needs to update.
1. Checklist on app needs to match checklist on the FMS website. Things I need to check are not available in app during a visit but show on web timesheet.
2. The most common complaint with all users. Auto sign in, Face ID, remember me, just anything to save sign in please.
3. Analog and digital clock or something with the seconds. LolShow lessDur!

Terrible system
This is awful. It is better than the sign in sheet online but if it’s not working it doesn’t work. It has been over a month that I was unable to sign in and now the company is with holding my money because they think that I’m just not signing in. Every time I open the app I just get a white screen with a small loading circle on the top. I submitted my time sheet via an exemption sheet and I was suppose to get paid today and I did not due to the app. Fix the app of tell the employer to pay the in home caretakers. Doesn’t work
I have been frustrated with this app for various reasons but now specifically because it only opens on my old iPad but not my iPhone or new iPad. I get nothing but a white screen. I could just continue to use my old iPad (just for this app) except there’s a reason I have a new iPad…the old one no longer works!! So I am spending valuable time pulling out my hair because I can’t sign in on any of my devices. Going off schedule with my child leads to meltdowns like this morning while I tried to get this broken app to just let me sign in. It’s garbage. Hate hate hate
I hate this app SO much. If it wasn’t required for work I would delete it. It isn’t user friendly at all! It doesn’t work most of the time. It makes a stressful job more stressful.
