App does not work
I have not been able to log into my account for days. I type everything in and hit login and it does nothing. If it is a must to use then it has to work. I can login on my PC and it works just fine. If the only reason we have to use the app is to see where we are when we log in then do the same for the PC. Is much easier to use the PC so you can read everything and not have to click one check box and wait for the app to refresh then click the next check box and wait again and if you zoom in to see what you are doing the check a box it reloads and you have to zoom in again. Very poorly planed for the design. Needs to be worked over again and get input for users.Show lessmike knecht
This app breaks too much
The only reason it deserves the one star is because it is slightly more convenient than the old system. But it breaks constantly. Every other visit it won’t let me log in, and recently even when I do log in, it won’t let me select participants. I checked that it was up to date, I restarted the app, restarted my phone, disconnected and reconnected from wifi and nothing works.Show lessirrelevanttothepoint
When it works it’s great
But it’s hard to find a time when it works. The current issues are extremely long time syncing and when it finally does no participants are listed making it impossible to log in.
I can’t fix it on the old site either, there no pay code is available from a drop down menu, this has been an issue for both my son’s CLS workers and respite workerShow lesska45te

This app has certainly been a work in progress and the last update fixed some major bugs. It works well now and I rarely have an issue.sunergos502
Worst app ever
I consider myself semi tech literate but this app is almost intentional unintuitive. It is cumbersome and time consuming. And, unfortunately it is being forced on me as a user

Terrible not consistent
This app consistently not responding. Giving errors of wrong password or user I’d when nothing has been changed. Now getting company is not valid. Continuing issues with boxes showing up not checked when approver goes into the website.
Biggest pet peeve is the time is calculated to the seconds so if you sign out pass the second you signed in it adds time wrong.

Terrible!
If I could have gave it less stars I would have.
Every time I log in it says “error wrong password / username”. My sign in information is correct because if I just keep hitting sign in eventually it logs me in. Then when I get done “clocking in/out” about 80% of the time it doesn’t register that I “clocked in/out” at all. If I use Wi-Fi it just closes out & doesn’t load at all. If I could have gave it less stars I would have. 0/5 stars would not recommend!Show lessgeektalkus
Awful
Have to use this for electronic visit verification for my job. Unfortunately it seems to glitch a lot. It will allow me to clock in but when it is time to clock out it acts like I had never clocked in. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to save your username and password so it doesn’t have to be entered every time.Show lessCreativitylost
