Poor app
This app freezes whilst trying to open account and won’t let me proceed to finalise the opening - been trying to open an account now for 3 days with no success.

Please Improve the display showing balance. Remittance section needs improvement to make it easier to understand.

Impossible to register
Tried registering 8 times now. ID failues, app shuts down on passport chip reader, typos in the registration journey. Bad experience, didn’t fill me with confidence as a safe place to deposit funds! Given up…
No customer service
Very bad format ,hard to understand,very misleading,banking conduct should sort this out ,feels like a scam .?
Worked fine for me
It wasn’t obvious from the app how to deposit funds for an ISA but the email explained it, quick and easy to sort

Recommend using an alternative as App does not action or send through any emails causing frustration when wanting to deposit a large amount - take your business elsewhere I suggest

I tried to send money to pak.App says transaction been declined but i have been charged by debit card.no customer services at all.in the process of finding the money now and would never use this app again.dnt recommend at all
