Difficult to use, charges you for a pin purchase even though I haven’t used my card or anything with pin, charges for transaction summaries and also ugly tbhSlow

So I went on some last minute Christmas shopping and for some reason their useless “system” locks my card due to fraud but it was me so instead of sending a text or an emailSO I CAN VERIFY like a normal company does they just deactivated my card and since this happened Friday I now have to wait until Monday CHRISTMAS RUINED DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DONT STORE YOUR MONEY ON HERE AS SOON AS YOU GET PAID TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF THE CARD avoid the headache I’d give 0 stars if I couldShow lessDeveloper Response

It says a week ago from today it updated “to help signing in easier” but now I cannot login with my thumbprint it makes me type in my email and password. Please change it back to how it was before. But other than this new update I have no complaints about the app, I highly recommendDeveloper Response

I am trying to apply for the card, and it’s asking me to submit my articles of incorporation for my business. Why would that be needed? Is that a scam? I’ve never had to do that for anything else related to my company.Developer Response

Just takes a long time to get funds back on card if you lose or misplace card. Other than that all good.Developer Response
Hi there! Your funds will always be available on your card, but it can take several days to receive a replacement card in the event that it's been lost as our cards are printed on demand and sent to the address on file. If you see an option for a digital card in your MyDashCard app, add that and you can continue to transact while waiting on your new card to arrive! Thank you for the review!Easy to setup

When it works it works great but when it doesn’t work you end up getting upset that you don’t have access to the money you have been told you were supposed to be receiving and you don’t get it in the time frame you have been led to believe that you were going to get it.Developer Response
