Fix the landscape issue!
Upgraded to iOS 15.6 and now the app won’t rotate to landscape when playing a workout video. Fix it ASAP
App is slow!
I love Barry’s classes in person. Was seriously considering getting a membership for Barry’s X because I’m going to be working abroad in a city that doesn’t have a red room - but THIS APP IS BUGGY AND SLOW! It often doesn’t load or takes a long time to get to the workouts. Please fix and update!

I would not survive without Barry’s X
FULL.STOP. I was a 3x a week Barrys Red Room attendee until the pandemic. I did Barrys at home and although cute and fun, Barry’s X is next level. You basically get a double floor routine for a fraction of the price. What has been more beneficial for me on Barry’s X vs the Red Room is I have better visibility to form because the instructor demonstrates each exercise and at times does them with you, I’ve gotten closer to coworkers/friends because we can now workout in the same room despite being miles apart and I’ve been able to take trainers that I normally wouldn’t have access to in my home studio.
I personally have not had any slowness to the app that others have mentioned but there were a couple hiccups since launch and a quick message to the Xperts and they solve it right away. There will always be challenges, complaints etc but how a company handles them is how I assess a brand and the entire team at Barry’s gets 6/5 stars for that. Only thing I would change is to bring back some of my favorite instructors to the platform, or add them to my preferred workout time lol.

Love!!
I love Barry’s and was sad when we moved to West Palm (nearest studio is an hour away). The creation of Barry’s X has been a godsend! Truly the best workout 💕 Also the app itself is done really well— great video/ audio quality, UI/ UX etc. Only feedback is can you please add a live LIFT X RUN class in the evening for those of us that work in an office but love the tred / floor combo workouts? 🙏🏻 Thank you Barry’s!

Amazing workout!
Barry’s is amazing, I love going to the studio, but Barry’s X is just as good! You can access the playlists, it lets you know what you’re going to use for that class, I love it.

The worst, shady billing
I signed up with high hopes. Besides the app there is no way to use this on a bigger screen.
So I cancelled, and still I got charged after the free trial. Shady billing practices.

Not consistent
The help department dosn’t care. They told me to do a VOD class instead of a LIVE class where their instructor went rouge and didn’t do the order of the class that was named. They were dismissive with my concern that over the 400 classes I did this instructor is the first to do it differently…. Take that in… I’ve done over 400 classes with the set up they do and 1 instructor does it differently and I’m told to do VOD instead. So don’t spend money on the live classes get the lowest amount so you can do VOD since that’s what I was told to do.

Booty and Abs workout
Didn’t respond back of the equipment I needed and I modify it on my own.
Doesn’t open
Have tried downloading to my iPad 5 times and it opens briefly then closes: fail.
