Tax Lot Tracking
River implementing automatic withdrawals was a major step towards becoming the best Bitcoin platform on the market. The only thing left is to integrate their tax lot tracking with addresses used exclusively with River and the platform will be perfect.
Another nice to have would be Plaid integration in order to track gains in budgeting applications.

Very Disappointed
I was giving this service a trial run by sending some sats out of an account. Completed the entire sky-net like facial recognition scan & pictures of my ID etc. Received an email a couple days later stating that River did not approve my submission. I requested an explanation as to why they did not accept my submission & they did not produce any reason or answer. They only responded “River has a very robust security process in place because sending Bitcoin is an irreversible action”. Very poor excuse. The Client Service team was courteous, professional & tried to help me within their power. The ‘compliance’ team is useless. I’ve used countless services with a similar security protocol & have never experienced this. River needs to fix this.

Super Easy App!
My son has a River account and shared with me how easy it was to set up my own account to buy Bitcoin. I am over 70 years old and was able to set up my own account and App in minutes! So easy and easy to understand. Awesome job River!

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz.
Unfortunately for me, I invested 70,000 GBP
worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of kyson_aldertech on Instagram So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks i feel indebted to him. I’ve been buying bitcoin for a few years now from multiple exchanges. River is by far the best way to get bitcoin. Love the no fee (after 1 week) auto dca. Makes it easy and cheap to convert my dirty fiat into Bitcoin. Plus you can pay lightning invoices from the app and buy mining rigs too.
