  • NT at Home is terrific

I love being able to watch at home. Still a few bugs in the interface but that is my only complaint.
  • Makes theatre accessible!

I’m so thankful that this exists, it’s exposed me to a lot of shows I never would have been able to see before; hopefully this will push more theatre companies to stream their archives!
  • The best thing to come out of lockdown!

During the first lockdown in 2020 I discovered and was so grateful for the weekly NT release and I looked forward to my Saturday night treats. Once the kids were fed, kitchen tidy, I’d open a delicious bottle of red wine, light the candles , dim the lights , favourite chocolates on the coffee table and I would immerse myself in the latest NT offering.
I made several donations and I did not hesitate to buy an annual subscription. In normal times it was /is not easy for me to fit in visits to the theatre.
I am thrilled that I am still able to recreate ‘lockdown Saturday’ at least once or twice a month. Thank you NT !

  • Extraordinarily worth it

I have seen more top-notch theater from National at Home in the last three months than in the last three years. Just when you think you’ve seen all, they bring in new performances.
  • Magnificent!

Enjoy every second. Great great performances and beautiful mise-en-scène.
  • National Theatre is phenomenal

The National Theatre has made the highest quality theatre available to all. It is a thrill to be able to access the stories, the performances, the interviews in a well designed app and easy. It has revitalised my passion for theatre and gotten me through lockdown. THANK YOU, NATIONAL THEATRE and thank you performers!

  • National Theatre at Home

I’m a huge NT fan and for 50 years have tried to see as much as possible. At first I thought the membership fee was expensive then I realised I spent far more than that, coming to London and buying tickets. I was extremely frustrated at first because I seemed to only to be able to access the trailers or clips not the full production but that’s generally better now. It’s very good to catch up on missed performances as well as revisit favourites. Best of all has been talking on line to friends who’d watched it and accompanied by a glass of wine we could have been in the NT bar with none of the queuing. Thank you

  • Love it!!

So glad this exists. I can’t wait to see what else they put on here soon! Fingers crossed for “All About Eve!”
  • Hiya !

Hey I love theater as much as the next guy but there’s something about British theater that always leaves wondering what’s next ?
  • Saved my life

Being able to watch theatre amidst Covid.. saved my life.
