  • SCAM!!!!!!

    I bought two party passes from TAO for this upcoming weekend and after being charged a surcharge of over $64 I was informed I can’t access the tickets I just bought unless I download the TAO app which then charges me another $19.99 just to download .. for such a “prestigious” company TAO is really pulling some dirty swindling tactics to squeeze money out of people !!! Holding my tickets hostage is illegal the App Store shouldn’t allow this app to operate

  • Feels like I downloaded this app for no reason

    I’m not a frequent customer of Tao, and I bought tickets to an event as a one-off. Why do I have to register a digital account AND download a whole app that I’m never gonna use again JUST to get a QR code? Ridiculous. Deleting my account asap, and this small forced move by Tao makes me believe they don’t care about the entire customer experience, including guests.

    Had an issue with a ticket I bought, sent in a request to get help and had a back and forth within minutes with their IT support. Super fast responses and helped me sort it all out perfectly.

    Hi! I loved the Mac n cheese with a side of slab bacon (I asked for bacon and they made it happen)! The waiter hasn’t stopped smiling since he greeted me and then he offered me reward points! Sign me up! I didn’t know Lagasea was apart of Tao and other fine dining spots that I enjoyed when I lived in NYC. I look forward to continuing our dining experience but in Miami, closer to my new home. Thanks Lagasea! Keep my waiter… he rocks. I think his name is Anys. Cheers!

    I have requested help about adding my tickets and points to the mobile app over a week ago. I still haven’t gotten an answer. What is the point of having an account or the app if it doesn’t link your purchases?
