easy to use and nicely designed app
I recently downloaded the tao rewards app since I am a frequent guest at the tao locations. The application is super user friendly and I have been able to use my rewards without a problem. Earning 5% back definitely adds up if you’re a regular or spending a significant amount at any of the tao properties. Eating out is not cheap but this comes with a nice incentive of $30 off your next visit when you use the app!!Brooke Indihar

Follow up and support
Follow up is terrible as promised when looking for support. I’ve sent 2 requests for points and 1 general support request. It has been 7 days without any response or my points awarded.
You don’t receive email for any communication either no where to check status for your requests.aka312308
