I’m stuck on the sign up a minor page - I have a humana medicare account?!
Wishing this was user friendly
This app takes you through multiple pages before you can log workouts... I can’t figure out how to log calorie intake and other things to earn points. I wish it brought you right to the Go365 Home page.

The Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons app is for Medicaid members only. It does not have the ability to log calorie intake. If you are looking for that capability and are not a Medicaid member then please download the Go365 app.
Stuck on add a minor
It wants me to add a minor - I don’t have one. I cannot navigate pass this page. So frustrating. I’ve read your responses to this issue. I HAVE MEDICAID HUMANA!

Sorry app that can’t even be used because it won’t let you do anything unless you add minor. I don’t have any minors. Yes, I do have an account with Humana 365.
It just does not work.
It just does not work. As everyone else first page to add minor and goes nowhere. It is easier to use the website if you have to . . . And That is not easy.

Stuck on the first page
There’s a glitch in the app that forces you too add a minor, which I don’t have associated with my account. I have a Humana insurance holder and can access the website no issue. It’s just the mobile app that is broken and won’t let you skip the ‘Add a Minor’ section.
