I am also still stuck on the first page to add a minor even after an upgrade. I am not a minor and a minor is not using this device. This is discouraging to want to use it.
Recent development is that my Fitbit is logging into my husbands phone and he doesn’t have Medicaid or Humana or anything to do with my medical.

This app is not the same....
This app is not the same as Go365 for the cellphone although it is same program name by the same company. Go365 that is used ona cellphone platform isn’t available for tablet use.

I too am stuck on add a minor and when I chat with a rep they said I Amin the wrong app I need to be in the app with blue and white not green and white what the ????!!!! What app am I looking for.
Terrible
All Humana apps are terrible. Especially the go365 apps. I no longer can get it to work on my cell phone due to updates. I tried this app on my iPad and can’t get pass the Add a minor page. I don’t have a minor to add but the option to bypass this is not anywhere on the page.

Like everybody else I’m stuck on add a minor page. HOW STUPID are the developers to have this as the first page! You ask us to rate this app. Does anybody actually read them. Everybody has the same complaint and it still is not fixed🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

The iPhone app works but iPad is stuck. Needs to be fixed

Can’t navigate past minor page and rec. apps I tried won’t update on Humana. They offer great benis but don’t allow you to collect.
