Glitches prevent login VERY frequently

No matter how many times I choose “remember me” or “allow Face ID” this app glitches out almost daily requiring me to restart my phone or delete and reinstall in order to login to the app. The app doesn’t have Zelle or equivalent, which should be standard these days imo. The first day I needed the app was to find my checking account number and routing number. The routing number is hidden in tabs, and the account number is only partially revealed, so I had to call and wait on customer service to get this info that is intuitive and easily accessible on the USAA app. I wasn’t gonna write a review, but I just got too frustrated that a friggin BANK won’t “splurge” on an app that doesn’t make me delete and reinstall at least every other day.

App makes you redo face ID EVERYTIME ;(

this app is useless, every single time I open it to check balances, etc. it makes you login with your full login and password even though I set up Face ID and everything on my iPhone like I have on my other banking apps, which works perfectly. If you set it up correctly and everything you login it works then the next time you go to use it you end up having to put it all in again it will not remember that you set it up for Face ID. Save yourself the trouble, go use a PC or a Mac to do year Security Service banking.

Used to be great

Within the last year this app has really gone downhill to the point I may switch banks just so I can have a reliable way to check my account since this has proven to not be here lately! Update it has not been fixed is still freezing up and I will be talking to Navy Army in the future pretty sad this is a good bank but whoever is in charge of this app isn’t doing a good job at all!

Won’t do a mobile check deposit

I have been having the same issues with the mobile check deposit feature for a while. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have made sure that I am running the most current iOS possible. I try to take a picture of the check and have to force close the app because it freezes. I’ve left this as feedback before and have been asked for details like what I was doing. What I am doing is trying to deposit a check. I have tried entering the amount and then taking a photo of the front. Freeze. I have tried waiting to enter the amount in the box until after the photos are taken, but as soon as I try taking a photo it freezes. I’ve tried taking a photo of the back first, and that makes it freeze, too. I honestly don’t know what other details you want. Transfers work fine, and I don’t use the app for anything else. I set up bill pay on my computer, not the app. Please just fix it. I’m using an iPhone SE2. And, yes, my iOS is up to date.

Works to move $$ between accounts when out and about but the deposit checks function is broken

Meh… I used to be able to deposit checks on the app, but the frames for the check no longer appear and the check won’t deposit and gets held up in the system. And yea, developers, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. It’s broken. On the plus side, when I’m out and about I can check my balance and move money between accounts quickly and easily and the moves go through instantly.

I can't even get in

This app used to work fine for me. But now all the sudden everything is broken. I cant even get into my accounts because when I launch the app the FaceID screen pops up and registers my face but then it leaves me at the login screen and even when i type my password it loads and leaves me at the log in screen. This past week I've only successfully logged in two times, and one of those times my accounts page was blank and I couldnt even see my transactions. This is crazy I hope you can fix this

No deposit

It takes me over 20 times to try and deposit any checks. If i have mor than one to deposit takes even more time and double the effort. As soon as i take a pic of the check it starts loading and loading then freezes and says no account available and i have to close re open and put in my information. Then it happens again about 10 times. I have Enough Internet so idk why this app does this every week. Im self employed so its very annoying. PLEASE FIX THIS

Doesn’t work well

It used to work well for me. Lately I cannot for the life of me get it to accept a mobile check, the pictures are clear and all the guidelines are followed but I keep getting an error. On top of that I deleted and re-downloaded it to try to see if that would help. Instead I can’t log back in because is says there is another device logged in, which there isn’t. So frustrating.

Depositing Check

Need to do something about that check deposit system.
I took over 10 different pictures of my check, well lit room, brought my headlamp out, including iPhones flashlight, and somehow it stil couldn’t read it. I even endorsed it after a couple failed attempts and still nothing. The “tips” didn’t help either.
Check is in great condition, background it a plain solid color folder.

Terrible

Never remembers me even though the command is green. Constantly crashes on me. Takes forever to load. Lags a lot. Some of the features are there but don’t work. Good for checking balance and transferring but improving the simple things can make this app a whole lot better. Yes the app is updated to its current version, and i currently have the latest iPhone. Service doesn’t seem to be a problem as all my other apps work fine.
