Back in time
Sorry, but I was really hoping that since I was being forced to download the new app it would actually look good. In reality I feel like they went back in time creating the most dullest, boringest, worst then the other app, hey we’re going back to the 90’s app. Can we get some younger people over at the bank, instead of these old people who don’t know that they are doing. I left Navy Federal to be stuck with old people who most likely still write checks.

I’m always grateful for a redesign, but I don’t really understand why it had to be made a new app entirely? From what I can tell, the interface is largely unchanged, the gestures still unintuitive and the features just as lacking. I’d really appreciate being able to activate/verify Apple Pay from the app, for instance (having to call every time is quite the ordeal), as well as having the option of a dark mode. Generally, I’d take a leaf from some of the more modern, online banks’ and banking services’ excellent apps.
