  • Company needs to finish fixing their latest updates

    When I first started using this app and scale, I LOVED it. Then a few weeks ago they made the most awful and ridiculous changes. Everyone in my FB groups that had been using the app prior to the updates have become very frustrated and annoyed, especially with the changes that were made to the home/start screen. It was so awful that the FB support group for this product was filled with complaints. We kept being promised that due to user feedback they would bring back features that existed before. Finally, today at least one feature is back, the color coding of the data in the body composition screen. However, this latest update (6.6.6) I think it is, does not fix two issues. First, there is still a bug with displaying the correct starting weight in the “all” trend graph and the “year” trend graph. The second thing is on the home/start screen they have not put back the ability to see at a glance how much weight to lose to goal, body fat % to lose to goal, etc. Finish fixing things please and I can go back to this product and app being on my highly recommend list.

We updated the app and aim to enhance the app with more apparent goal tracking, intuitive weight management, and extensive body analysis. Regarding the trend page, please note the app will display the average of all these readings instead of the starting weight. As for your suggestion about the glance how much weight to lose to goal and body fat % to lose to goal, we will relay it to our technical team to improve it.   • New version

    I have been on a weight loss journey using the old version of the app. They did not say when they tell you to upgrade to the New version that you will lose all of your history. You also lose the ability to see red yellow or green if you are in a good zone or not for each one of your functions that they are tracking. you now need to scroll through multiple screens to see if you are up or down or if you’re in a good position or a bad position. The new version is horrible. Do not upgrade to it. The old version was excellent. Don’t know why they changed.

  • Like the scale, but the app no

    The app has been a bit disappointing for me. Even with the new version, it still feels difficult to navigate, especially when trying to find settings. One thing that stands out is that it doesn’t provide an accurate number for weight loss, as it seems to rely on an average rather than actual progress. As someone who works in systems, I understand the importance of user-friendly design, and it feels like the developers may not be fully considering the user experience. While I’m sure they’re testing it, it doesn't quite feel like they’re approaching it from a user's perspective.

    J’ai des doutes pour ce qui est de la précision de l’imc. Cela dit le plus gros problème pour moi c’est qu’on ne peut pas enregistrer d’autre membre de la famille sur la même app avec un seule téléphone. Exemple mes enfants. J’aurais aimer pouvoir enregistrer leurs poids c’était d’ailleurs le pourquoi de mon achat de cette balance à la base.

  • Card Management Feature

    This app is awesome. Recommend it to everyone. As a long time user I have a feature I’d like to see.

    The card management feature is sorely lacking guys. It should be enabled it such a way that the user can customize the cards as they see fit whether it be chest measurement, ab measurement, weight, muscle mass, bf% and so on. Waist hip ratio is enabled and seems very random. I am sure it is an important metric to many, but to many it is not.

    Would be great if your team can enhance this feature. Btw, I have a career as a Product Owner. ;)

  • Bad update

    This app would’ve gotten a 4.5 with the new update if the kept the problem colors as it was before so that you could see the red zone or areas quickly. Now you have to go one by one

Our team will try to improve the app. If you want to view a color indicative, you can tap on the data on the measurement page to navigate to the body metrics report page. Or you can select the "Health Status" mode to display the reading. If you have any advices, please contact us at support@renpho.com.
  • Awful upgrade

    The app forced an update through and I have lost all my weight loss data from the last 4 months with no way of retrieving it ! Can't alter the start date to compare. The interface is not easy to navigate and just doesn't look as user friendly! I wish I could simply go back to the old version! Trends doesn't show for measurements
    All in all hugely disappointed and really don't like the upgrade. Please at least sort out being able to choose a start date in the past ! Even better carry all the old data across

The data comparison status is now displayed directly on the 13 data on the measurement page. You can see small arrows indicating an increase or decrease and the relevant data on the data.   • Forced to use new app after purchasing new scales

    I’ve always been a Renpho fan so when I needed a set of travel scales I went straight for Renpho to match my home ones. Wish I hadn’t now as this forced me to use this new app instead of the “outdated” one which was much more user friendly. The travel scales say I’m 0.6lb heavier which I can live with , but this new app is AWFUL. Wish I could go back to the old one. Loved having all my targets visible on the “front page”
    Bring back the old app please !!!

This has resulted in a different interface from the earlier Renpho app. If you want to view the measurement page, you can add the measurement page to home screen. Please follow the steps: 1. Open the App; 2. Tap "Body Fat Scale" under "My device" to go to the measurement page of the body fat scale; 3. Tap the settings button in the upper right corner; 4. Tap "Add to Home Screen". Meanwhile, if the scale weighs incorrectly, we suggest you reset the scale by taking out one battery for 5 seconds and putting it back in.   • App update

    The app is really poorly designed. No single place to see my progress over time without having to navigate multiple screens. I do like the automated update when I weigh but it’s often different to the weight recorded on mfp which is odd.

If you want to view the trends, you can tap the trend button in the middle of the measurement page to view the changes in the data. Or tap the goal button on the measurement page to view your progress towards your goal. Regarding the problem of inconsistent data when syncing data to MFP, can you send us some pictures?
