Busted

First of all, I guess the old app is no longer compatible with this scale that I recently bought and wouldn’t read my weight or other things such as fat % etc.. Now that there is this new app for the scale is won’t connect with the app via Bluetooth at all. I’ve troubleshooted it all types of way by resetting my phone, resetting the app, changing the batteries on the scale, uninstalling/reinstalling the app to no avail. For a scale this lucrative that is supposed to have an app linked to it and for the price I should’ve invested in a basic bathroom scale. Stay away from this broken app.

Log in issues

Love the scale, seems pretty accurate when I use other devices to check. Recently having issues with the app. Why should I have to login after every other time?
Honestly having a login for this app is sort of ridiculous to begin with. Login process is a pain, you have to change the password every other time then when you put a new password it won’t let you hit enter. I have to keep deleting and reloading the app.
After changing the password three times in a row and still not letting me in I’ve pretty much had it with this app.

Don’t fix what isn’t broken

Why would you take an app that works really well that you kept really simple, and then make this an app when setting up your profile it asks you your weight but won’t let you weigh yourself just why, and then for your Home Screen to have to select a bunch of different windows when on the old app you just had everything right there for you ready to go please get rid of this app and keep using the old one, just because you make something new does not means it’s better.

App doesn’t remember password

I think I have downloaded the most recent version of the app. I have the scale and the tape measure. There are a few of us using this in the house, we all have separate Renpho accounts and have noticed we have to log out in order for the other persons weights and measures not to be uploaded to the others. This app doesn’t seem to remember the password info like the other Renpho app. and it would be more user friendly if it did. Would it be possible for this update to happen? Thank you, Jenn

Very satisfied

I’ve had zero problems with this scale. I keep in same location so haven’t had to recalibrate and am a single user, so no issues with multiple accounts. Pairs well with the Health and My Fitness Pal apps. Easy to use, plenty of stats. Only suggestion would be an explanation of the data relevance and why each is important.

Just bad

I’m not even sure what the point of this app is because it has never worked right. Every time I open it none of my weighs are there. I still have the previous app and it works great. For a week I weighed daily and each day I opened each app. The old app still works great. This one retains no information. It is set up correctly. My scale model shows as does my personal info, but no information from the scale sticks. If the new scales have to rely on this app I may have to look into a different brand when the time comes.

Horrible Upgrade

The previous app worked so well, why not just update it instead of creating a new one? Bought a new scale and it’s not computable with old app and had to down load this one. Now I need to have two apps since I have to scales and can’t use the Renpho measurement tape with this app either… above all this, you can’t use this app if you don’t have internet/Wi-Fi because there’s a new Home Screen with “cards” that has less information than the previous Home Screen. Why do I need internet to use a Bluetooth scale?? Please remove this Home Screen and add comparability for all your devices. Better yet, get rid of this app because it’s terrible and go back to the old one and make your upgrades/updates there…

2 Renpho apps and different results!

I use the Renpho scale with the Old Renpho app and noticed the Renpho Health app is a new app so tried it. It actually made me lost trust in Renpho because even though the measurements are same the interpretation of results is wildly different. In one app the bone mass is good in Renpho health app it’s high. Same with Body water, Body fat etc. what’s the deal with that guys? Which one is accurate? That’s what customers want to know.
2) why create a new app and make it so that the we have to take 2 measurements each. It’s not like if you take a measurement on Old Renpho app it automatically syncs with Renpho health app. What’s the deal with that?
3) What even is the point of this app? It offers nothing new, confuses readings from the other app and makes you lose trust in Renpho. What’s the target of this app compared to old app? So pointless and confusing.

Not as good

The old renpho app for my smart scale was amazing. I never had connectivity issues and all I had to do is turn my app and Bluetooth on then step on the scale.

Now, I have to navigate to a page on the app, then click on another button just for the scale to connect. Also, the data was much easier to read on the old app. I wish my new device would work
With the old renpho app.

When you have more than one user the app makes mistakes

My wife and I are on the same Renpho Health account. With that being said when she weighs and I weigh myself sometimes it will duplicate her stats on my account. This can be frustrating as I have set a goal for myself and with her being recorded on my stats the app now records that I have hit my goal which I can assure you I have not and am not even close. Even once I deleted her entry I still records that I have hit the goal. It’s little but it’s annoying. Also they still have not been able to bring my information from the previous app to this one. Nor have they brought the body measurements ability over.
