APP does not work- no controls
The day after I bought my PAX ERA and downloaded the Connect Browser and set everything up because I wanted to be able to control the temperature the app stopped working. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work; all you get is a page that says “about blank”. What is going on!? Just 12 hours earlier I was able to use it and control the temperature and everything was fine. Now I’m stuck with a Vape pen that is no different than all the othersThat I didn’t need and was a waste of money.Show lessRocoren
no home page, settings, or bookmarks
the latest update “adds” the ability to clear history & favorites in the settings, but there’s not even any settings option. the app works fine as a browser but it’s like using guest mode on a computer, there’s no way to keep tabs open or even refresh the screen other than re-entering the website with the search bar. the most frustrating part is having to enter the website you need every single time you open the app.
edit: it turns out the history settings for the app are in the ios settings, and i appreciate the developers taking time to address my concerns!Show lessscarface408#2

Hi there, sorry for the confusion! You can access the clear settings feature from the iOS settings app. Scroll down to Connect Browser and find the toggles! To access recent pages you can tap the clock to the left of the text field. We’re considering user requests for multiple tabs! Connection is lost if you switch to another app
Great app but really annoying that the connection is lost if you change to another app or shut off the screen. You have to refresh the screen and shake the device again in order to establish a connection. Would also be nice if it auto connected.D.proxy
Doesn’t let serial number go in.
I have only one serial number and it’s too long to go into the app. What’s going on with this? Plus it won’t let me draw from the pen.LostSiren
Please add ability to bookmark the page.
The app works alright. They said they fixed the navigation error in a recent update, but I am still getting the error. If we could bookmark a webpage it would really make this app more useful.Matchu5489
Homepage?
Does anyone know how to change the default page, I only use this browser for one site and hate having to type it constantly every time I open the browser. Other than that it’s great so four stars till we get a new homepage addition.Andrbshbd
