  • A must-have for pregnancy!

This library is an incredible resource for trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum. Although I am certified in nutrition for pregnancy myself, this has been so helpful to me as I am TTC! I can’t wait to share this with all of my pregnant friends and future clients. So grateful for Ryann and her team!

  • Amazing Content!

I have been a member for only about a week, but every topic I could possibly think of is stored in this library with in-depth information and cited research! I feel such relief knowing I’m giving my body and baby the proper nutrients to have a successful and healthy pregnancy. The app is very user friendly and Ryann is such a blessing! Thank you for curating a much needed resource for moms-to-be!

  • Great App - Amazing Info!

I love TPNL. I’m not pregnant yet but TTC and there is so much information that makes me feel confident in preparing my body for pregnancy! TPNL includes info on food but also prenatal vitamins and much more. No more endless hours of Googling without getting proper answers. Highly recommend for everyone TTC or pregnant!

  • Answers All The ?s You Shouldn’t be Googling.

My first pregnancy, Google was my go-to source and I always got a lot of conflicting points of view. It was frustrating and confusing at time. This resource has become an answer to all of those little questions and so much more. There are a lot of unknowns during pregnancy, especially the first time around. This has helped with my confidence and made me feel so much better about using food as fuel.

  • Crashing

App crashed a few times when I tried to access information. Not able to actually access info.
  • So helpful

Ryann has clearly done so much work on so many different foods and anything encompassing nutrition. Having started using her tool before conceiving and preparing ahead of time with a great diet, I feel so confident in my pregnancy especially on the days where I’m not able to meet my needs because I’m so nauseas! Would definitely recommend this to any mommas out there even thinking of trying ♥️

  • A one-stop-shop as far as what you can/can’t eat while pregnant!

Love this app! I’ve followed Ryann for months on Instagram and am a member of her TPNL website - so thankful to have everything all within the app! It’s great when I’m out to eat and am wondering “hmmm can I eat that while pregnant?”. It keeps you out of the deep depths of Google as well, where you’ll often find conflicting answers. Also great if you’re looking to learn more about the best foods to eat for you and your baby while expecting or trying to conceive. Thanks Ryann and team for the great app! 🙌🏻

  • Highly Recommend for TTC/Pregnancy!!

I absolutely love this app and recommend it to anyone who is pregnant or trying to conceive. I used to google every pregnancy-related food/nutrition question, but I found a million different opinions and it was really hard to know who to trust. This app gives research-based advice from a real nutritionist and references specific studies, so I know where the information is coming from. The advice avoids untrue blanket-statements that are so common on pregnancy websites and books (like “avoid all soft cheese”) in favor of evidence-based advice (“make sure your cheese is pasteurized”.) highly recommend!!

  • A must have for pregnancy and fertility related food considerations

The Prenatal Library is a wonderful resource for expectant mothers and those looking to become pregnant who find the question of what to eat nerve wracking. The depth of research that goes into every recommendation is A+ and finally having this information available in the palm of your hand is priceless.
