Resident app not working
Cannot request my car, cannot submit a support ticket, cannot edit car. Terrible dev job
SCAM APP
I would give zero stars if I could. After booking a reservation I immediately realized that this specific spot wasn’t even a real parking garage so I got a little nervous and reached out to cancel it. There was nothing saying I couldn’t cancel beforehand. I tried all week to contact customer service through the app with no luck. No one ever got back to me. They have a customer service number that appears to be fake, no one ever answers. Good luck if anything happens to your car while parking with them, because no one will ever get back to you to resolve the issue. On top of that, once I was in the area, the app tried to show like I had completed the reservation and actually parked in the area, even though I parked in a completely different area and garage (I have proof). Save yourself the headache and stress and park in an actual garage with good reviews.

Scam!
A scam parking app!
Don’t do it!
I never write a review. Don’t park there, park somewhere else. My car got towed in Wynwood. I paid $40 in parking on the app and an additional $140 to the towing company and they damaged my car. It’s not worth, it park somewhere else. I have reached out and they refuse to respond. I am currently consulting with my lawyer to determine appropriate action.

Guest validation system is terrible!
I have to purchase validations for my guests and when I validate guest parking I have to hit validate again and again as it only lets me do a dollar at a time. When parking is $12 I have to validate the parking 12 separate times. It’s a terrible system. It also doesn’t tell me the start time for parking - only the price. I don’t recommend this app as there are much better parking apps available.

Waste of Time
This app goes out of its way to complicate something as simple as paying for parking. As if wasting 5-10 minutes creating an account, adding a vehicle, adding a card wasn’t bad enough, the app rejected my payment and somehow charged me 8 times which means now I have to waste even more time disputing with bank. Mediocrity manifested.

Can’t add vehicle, support link is broken
Get a “something went wrong” every time I try to add a vehicle. Support link in the app doesn’t work. Tried to send a message on the website and get a 404 error when submitting. Tried on two iOS phones with latest app version and iOS versions with the same result. A little qa team would go a long way

when I went to park it literally made me pay 50 dollars for it. And it made me pay for another persons parking because of it.
Doesn’t Show Prices
The app design is great and easy to use, but it doesn’t give any prices until you park and want to pay! Price is a huge factor for me when choosing where to park and it purposefully hides it from you.
I paid $26.50 to park somewhere through this app but after realized if I paid the old fashion way through the machine it would have only cost $15. Scam!

Hi, thanks for the positive feedback and we are sorry for your experience. Just so you know, the pricing on the app is managed by the parking operators. Parking meters or any other App may not have the same price. We are however working with our clients to ensure that such discrepancies don’t happen and frankly, they don’t usually happen.

I love this app it definitely makes my life a lot easier when parking in Miami Beach!
