  • Easy app to use

    Great products. I used to use store bought hair color, my hair is now healthier. I have curly hair and lots of gray. Good coverage, just leave on longer, and memberships give you discounts for online purchases as well as salon services
  • Clicking to clear old notifications bug

    There’s no other way to clear notifications in app other than to click them. Well, if clicking an old notification to have it go away, it causes a Check-in which activates a permanent message on the Island noting “Checked in!” Restarting doesn’t delete it. The only way to remove the notice is to delete the app. Pls fix.
  • Shopping bag and buying color is buggy

    App overall is 95% good but was frustrated today when trying to order Portofina color and it took me about 8 different tries to adjust the interview to order my usual color.

    Also when trying to add products to buy to the shopping bag it wouldn’t. That took at least 5 more attempts and could not add tame or curl hair style products.

    It’s a great app, but seems you need to test through all features with your updates.
  • Adding items

    I like that it clearly gives you an option to add to monthly delivery or one time delivery. In the past, I ordered some hair repair and they sent it every month (with charge) when I only wanted to try it. Canceling and changing that was difficult.

    The one big criticism I have is getting talking to a representative for customer service is absolutely, difficult to say the least.
  • Awful

    This app is terrible. Items don’t update or add to my cart or reflect what is shown in the emails I get about what’s in my upcoming order. The app only shows one pro boost seal and one color tube but I get an email showing two color cafe treatments are in my cart for the next order but their website and app don’t show those items in my cart. At this point I’m going to buy color in a store. This has ruined my experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
  • Cart won’t update

    I’ve tried for over a week to add a specific product to my cart for my next shipment and it either shows I have a qty of 3 or nothing. Then I keep trying to remove a product but it won’t add. The whole cart system and changing your color is a hassle on this app. I’m on the newest iOS and app version and it’s still not updating correctly.
  • Lacking Flexibility

    The app does not allow for any changes to an existing appointment. It only let’s you cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can’t make add ons or notes for your appointment once it is made. There is no customer service for the store you visit because they don’t answer phones. Also, you can’t add a gift card to your account.
  • App is great until you want to change your color

    Once you’re locked in on a color, the app just refuses to load images for other options. It seems like you can “edit responses,” but nothing loads :/
  • Mostly great app!

    When ever I try to add a touch color or something else, the app crashes. Item never gets added to the cart. I always have to order via browser. This is happening even after your recent update.
  • Terrible update

    This app had been just fine. You could use it to schedule your service, and you could see what options were available. Now it is insisting that I schedule my next service, but I do not want to. I want to wait until I’m closer to the date, I want to wait to see how my hair is doing, before I schedule my next service. But every time I home screen comes on, it is Madison Reed asking me to schedule my next appointment. There is no easy way that I can see to turn off this notification. I already turned off notification to my phone, but Madison Reed is still asking every time my phone turns on, when will your next service be. This is awful. I’m going to have to uninstall this app.
