awful customer service
i spent almost $200 on a prom dress weeks ago and have yet to hear anything about it. i have called, emailed, messaged on facebook and on instagram, but i simply cannot get in touch with anyone. the tracking number i received doesn’t even work so there’s no possible way to track my order (if it’s even coming). prom is two days away. if i could give them 0 stars, i would. 🫶🏻kxitlynjxstice

I ordered it because I attracted by this lace dress which is also cone from zapaka. But the spaghetti-straps and red color are my preference. So I search for my preference in Zapaka, and finally, I found this dress. It's lovely.Parabolahmhi

I received my order within 2 weeks, I was really sceptical about ordering my dress online, but I thought for $125 why not give it a try, if I hate it I’ve got plenty of time to look for another…Overall I have to say I’m quite impressed! The quality is surprisingly good, there are a few parts that need tidying up.. a few loose threads on the lace flowers .I have to say that the quality is really good and I’m certain with a few tweaks it will look beautifulchrisp_456
