Varying annoying clich

For example, when looking at shoes and you have scrolled half way through the page you see a pair you like. You click the shoes and review the picture. Once you’re done and you click back to the page where all the shoes are listed, it goes back to the top of the page. So annoying. Now you have to waste time scrolling down to where you left off.

Amazing shopping experience

Saks OFF 5TH website is the best shopping experience I’ve had recently. The website saves your shipping information, as well as payment type, so that checkout is quick and easy. Their promotions applied to just about everything on the site. Finally you get amazing values, because much of what they have to offer comes from Saks main stores. I shop designer often and some of the pieces I picked up from Saks Off Fifth, blow away many of the designer store shopping experiences. I love getting a bargain!!

Glitchy, awful app.

WHY are there so many good reviews. If I could review the store, I’d easily say 5/5. Amazing selection. The app (and website), however, is straight trash. God forbid you add over 5 things in your cart or decide to remove things from your cart. The app takes forever to load, often times out, and makes shopping online an awful awful experience. When I called customer service, they said they experience similar difficulties with the app/site and have no idea how to navigate the issue. Also, whenever I add a sales item to the cart, the sale disappears?? How can a multi million dollar company have an app *this* bad? I definitely noticed this change in the last few years, so I’m not sure what they did internally, but it’s just bad.

Worst app ever!!!

This app has made me stop shopping at Saks. I h ar terminal cancer and can’t leave the house so I looked forward to shopping on line to get things for myself. This app always locks up and now the latest was it ordered 3 items I didn’t order. No I have to sit by the door all day to wait for the mail so I can refuse the items. It’s 3 different shipments. I contacted customer service and they assured me it would be cancelled but it wasn’t. I’m gonna stick with another on line store that I have used for years and never had a problem. The stress this has caused me and is still causing me is really bad. Lord only knows when and what I will have to
Do to make sure the money is put back on my credit card. I would not suggest using this app.

Fluerette cost

I was lucky enough to get my size in this coat in the French blue. It runs exactly 1 size large which I guessed at since it came in the practicality unheard of men’s sizes of “XXS” and “XS”. I didn’t know what to expect in the quality but, when it arrived, I was overjoyed! Nice quality wool, great craftsmanship and the blue is stunning. Ordered a couple of sport coats on the app a little while ago and thought I’d just see if the coat was still in stock in another color. It’s my lucky day! There was 1 left in the “yellow” in an “XS” and quickly snagged it. Can’t wait for it to arrive and see the color in person. Dear SFA buyers, there are a lot of us guys out here that DO wear smalls and 28 waist pants. Please try to stock more for us! Thanks so much from a former retail buyer/fashion director and stylist. Browsing without the mall

I love wandering through the pages and categories of items available on the Off 5th app. It may be tragic to some who read this, but I can spend hours on the app curating the perfect cart. Maybe a couple of items for me..a few gifts for friends and family & the occasional oddity that just doesn’t appear anywhere else.

I think that because I lag at cart-making, sometimes the app can stall and spiral- maybe timeout? I think developers could improve the shopping experience in this area. I suppose that most Saks shoppers aren’t rushing through their buying processes, so hours and hours of shopping on the off 5th app can only improve sales for the store.

5 star navigation - easy to search for what you want especially for fantastic bargains

I love this app because I can look at the clearance section and filter by brands I like most and find extremely discounted items. Molten Brown at 70% off, Burberry beach towel at an even steeper discount, plus high quality Royce leather products at similar discounts. Shopping at SAKS and having lunch is still a quality experience but when you can’t get there physically; using the app to bargain shop is alway fun.

Perfect Dress-Son’s Evening Wedding

I hv purchased/returned no less than five dresses, based on color palette I was provided—namely beige/blush… which completely wash me out. A light/sage green was included—bridesmaids MAY also be wearing same tones, however not at ALL in this style, & all full-length, & younger in design. I saw this dress come in unexpectedly, & am “bucking” reqstd full-length dress, as only 45 guests, being held in a Michelin 1star Restaurant, ceremony begins at 5:00. I KNOW what is Black Tie/vs Formal attire is, even if my Son et al do not. I adore this dress, will feel great in it, & am grateful for price; as daily, overall, destination wedding costs for our large family continues to rise. So very satisfied!

Ineffectual app. Slow, glitchy, no customer reviews, and oftentimes does not show correct prices

I thought the app would provide a better shopping experience than the website, but it is much much worse to the point of being frustrating and potentially costly. It takes a very long time to load, it crashes frequently, and oftentimes my shopping cart does not reflect the accurate price. I deleted the app because of a $3,000 discrepancy in the total price of the items I was shown when checking out my cart on the app versus on the website. It also does not show ratings or reviews on the products.
