LOVE IT
I absolutely love this app! It’s my “go to” app to shop for my husband. Bless his heart, after 31 years in the Army and wearing CAMOUFLAGE 🤮 constantly, when he retired I told him it was time for him to have a new wardrobe makeover and join the REAL WORLD!! 😂 I discovered how simple and easy it was to just hop onto the Sak’s OFF 5th app and check out all of the amazing sales they have. I’ve been loading him up with new clothes for every holiday and birthday and anniversary he has…..I’ve used every excuse I can to order him new things. My man has really “got it goin on” now. Thank you, Sak’s, for helping me bring my husband’s wardrobe into the “real world”, and helping me make it easier for him to transition into his new “Retired Army 1SG’s” life. You guys are AMAZING!

I used to be a member of another discount designer clothing online group until they started to not send me valid designer clothes. So I came over to Saks and their clothes describe and write the proper clothing designers. I appreciate honesty. I would like a change in policy about shipping for example one price for the year and that entitles one to free shipping for the year. Thank you for having Saks online so that those of us that don’t go out anymore since Covid (our choice) we can still shop.

Best selections and prices.
Saks offers so many more quality items than anyone else. I was just speaking with my brother today, trying to convince him that he should check out Saks Off 5th to find anything from new clothes to basic home decor. He said he’s been disappointed too many times buying online to try. I told him I’ve never had a bad experience with any part of Saks. Shopping online in store, returns. Just a well done operation. Always happy and glad I found you.

NO NOTIFICATION CONTROL!!! FIX THIS!!!
Unbelievably, there is no way to customize or silence notifications from this app. I’ve been through the list of apps on my phone a dozen times, and searched on the app in settings, there’s no way to do it because it doesn’t even show up in the app list under Notifications! I can’t report the app to Apple to bring it to someone’s attention, because the report button is grayed out. When I click on the link to get help with the app, it just takes me to a generic Saks OF help page for orders. The regular Saks app lets me control notifications, why doesn’t this one? I can’t have this thing going off whenever it feels like!!! Deleting!

Horrible app
It’s unbelievably bad! No, it’s horrible! You guys have no idea how bad your app. It’s super slow! Some items shown as available are not available when checking out! Many brands are not shown names when they are in favorites. I can go on and on with all the errors. I really love the store, brand selections and prices, but your app is making me very upset. The worst part out of all, I can’t even use chrome on my iPhone to get into SaksOff website because it doesn’t let me because of app. Hire smart developers to fix you app!

Christmas sale love
Everybody loves sales and discounts. I got some amazing finds at my local Saks off Fifth. With great discounts, I saved more than I spent which is weird. Totally recommend for fine furnishings at a little discount off full retail for designer merchandise!
The Slowest App
You would think a company as large and high end like SAKS would have an app that works properly. It’s entirely too slow and times out due to how long it takes to load each feature. When you hit the heart icon to add an item to your favorites, you have to do about 8-10 times for it to take. And if it doesn’t you have to then click on the item wait for that load then add the item that way. My phones gets hot fast when I use this app cuz of how hard it is use I’m sure. SAKS fix this app.

SO SLOW
I understand it’s the discounted store of Saks 5th… but don’t make your customers feel like that (with a cheap, poorly working app) and struggle through your platform. I would’ve purchase 10X’s as many things to date if the app actually worked. It takes over 1 minute after I delete an item for my cart to update… but everything freezes smh. Nordstrom Rack is fantastic when it comes to shopping through the app or online. Borrow their programmers or something. Make it better!

Takes money but doesn’t make order
I absolutely love Saks off 5th, but this app is Terrible. On at least 5 occasions now I have tried to purchase orders, and it says there is a problem with my purchase method! So thinking it’s a glitch I try to buy again - it’s takes 2 lots of money from my account but doesn’t make an order. I have tried with different payment methods (Card/Kalarna/ Mastercard) and the same thing happens. Especially frustrating when trying to order something on special and/or the last in a size, by the time the refund is made by my bank the items are no longer available!

Sweet discounts, slow app
Love that they have an app but it is pretty slow/laggy. Although it’s hard to stay away from these sales when I get an email about every 2 weeks or so with additional savings. They have cheaper options as well as high end designers.
