Works very well and saves your bag! Only downside if I’m being picky is that when you click on an item in a search, it takes you back to the top after you’ve viewed the item so you have to scroll back down to where you left off.

Love this App! So great to shop designers and discounts are spot on! I recommend this to everyone. I live in a small town and we don't have this type of store so it's great to be able to shop online and get the special designers sent to my house. Love! Ytfarina
One of the worst shopping apps every
Every time you click a tab in the app it has to think for a minute, it constantly logs you out and when you log in it takes two minutes.
The prices listed in the app are at full price and not what is reflected on their website. And yes the app will let you check out paying the full price.
You can’t look up tracking for recent orders. Everything you attempt to search for to purchase takes 2 minutes to for a basic color filter or size filter to take hold, sometimes it doesn’t at all.

Always Technical Issues
At least 1 out of 3 times I use this app, which is regularly, there is some kind of technical issue. The app either crashes, won’t add an item in stock to the cart, won’t open, freezes, or says I don’t have access to something I clearly should (e.g. searching for a product). These problems occur often and are not resolved for days. This app has more problems than any other app I use frequently. Desperately needs investment in ap development.

Saks off 5th is a great place to shop. But your app is nightmare. Every time so frustrating to use. Spin and and spin every time one to put some item into wishlist, new to restart the app, or always jump back to different item again and again. Can’t move forward, soooooo time consuming and frustrating , I gave up every time. It’s beeennnn a looooonttime . Why it is soooooo hard to fix these issue??? Why don’t you try by yourself and feel how we customer feel ??!

Good Store HORRIBLE App!
Love Off 5th, but this app is the worst!
It won’t create an account automatically on your first purchase so nothing you bought the first time goes on your account. Then, after you do create an account, it doesn’t recognize you when you try to sign in. And after you use “forgot password” and create a new password, it doesn’t let you on with the new password either! It’s a frustrating, maddening experience “using” this app - if “using” is the correct term for what it is to try to get anywhere with it. I made a big purchase with it yesterday, and I have no way of checking the status of my order. Seriously, whoever created this app should be fired.

He was very patient very professional very good and I thank him so much I was about ready to pull my hair out doing what I thought was the right thing and he came into my life and on my iPad and help me right through the entire process and I thank him so much and I thank you for hiring such a wonderful man. Poor Kid makes Good
Growing up in NYC there were many stores to shop . Alexander’s Macy’s Gimbals Bloomingdales Lord and Taylor Bergdorf Goodman but Saks 5th Avenue was the place you wanted to go. The people who worked for Saks were friendly and knowledgeable in the 1970s and 1980s. As an adult with a job and career and shopping for clothes, you know that Saks will help you and dress you and not fleece you. The salespeople are just as helpful as back. in the day they are subject matter experts and won't gaslight you into buying something you Don't look in! Class and style. Are not 750 pairs of pro less with a label. But a 100 % wool suit that will turn the right person’s head in your direction. That's why I shop there!

Excellent shopping experience
I am really enjoying new Saks Off 5th Avenue mobile app. I can easily see all available items by any one particular brand. Adding or removing items from shopping cart is as simple as swiping to the left or to the right. Item details can be easily seen right inside of the shopping cart. Best shopping experience ever without getting up from couch.

Love this App, shopping is fast and lots of great deals! Items arrive quickly, usually within 2-3 days.
I can link to pay pal for payment. The only con is additional charges for shipping, but all the items I have ordered are great quality name brand.
