  • No exercise options

    There are no exercise options on this smart watch other than walking, which I cannot do. Had I known that I would not have gotten this watch.
  • Doesn’t display notifications!!!

    I got this watch as a Christmas present, Although everything else works fine, I am not receiving notifications from my iPhone on my watch. All of my notifications are on and enabled on the app and my native phone settings as well. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to being able to see notifications from my watch. You are better off buying an apple watch instead for how much this watch costs.

    We are happy to help. Please clear your phone’s Bluetooth listing/ remove all previous devices connected to your phone’s Bluetooth. Reconnect your watch through the app, and make sure the mobile weather data, notifications, and location services are turned on /allowed. After following these steps, go into the mobile app’s settings > Watch Notifications, and turn on the apps you’d like to receive notifications from.   • Setting watch

    The directions were not clear on how to setup the watch hahahaha it took me two weeks to figure it out
    I love the watch once I got to set it have nothing figured out how to set the time yet but I know I’m going to have a great time trying to get it done.
    It was a gift for Myyyy birthday and I didn’t want to take it back. I was determined to get it to working

  • Love it! Just one problem

    I got this watch in early October, and I love it! It’s just that I’m having trouble setting an alarm on this thing, and it is a tad inaccurate about the menstrual cycle days! But I’m only 14, so I can’t complain that much! Despite the things I said, I would recommend this watch!

    Little warning: don’t wear this watch for too long or too tight, because it might cause irritation to the wrist!

    Love this app so good and I love that it has so many different wallpapers and I love how you can customize your wallpapers too and I live that you can play your music from it too so cool and camara too merry Christmas y’all to and also I love it also if y’all are looking for a new perfume try mots apple juice it makes you smell so good I seen it on tik tok it makes you smell so good

  • Great watch

    I love my watch. Seeing my steps and heart rate. The only thing I miss from my other watch is not seeing my blood pressure. My husband loves his also! He said it is very easy to use the app and the watch. Good buy for the price.
  • I’m annoyed😕

    See I bought the watch for almost 100 dollars and I downloaded the app it was a nice watch and stuff. Then out of no where it just broke and it will not turn on, I charged it and everything. SO NOW YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me. It is would be 5 stars but my watch is broken😔

  • stolen watch

    i had my new watch stolen apox1weeks i am hoping someone can help me find who might be wearing it it was a gift from my husband and he was trying to cheer me up from crying i have cancer and have not at all been feeling very good Thank You sad and love life

    The only way to locate the device is if the watch is still connected to the app, you can use the Find Watch feature by going to Settings in the app. Thank you for the kind feedback and praying for your healing.

  • Phone app and message app

    Hi there I’m having issues with my x-five smartwatch I can’t seem to get the phone and the messages notifications to work I have everything connected to my iPhone but I can’t get the phone app and the messages app to work
