    I love this watch it keep my track off intake on everything but now with the apps it won’t let me in at all. I had to delete and re installed it back on to be able to get in and still connected to my WiFi’s and it said server not found? Need to know what else to do

    I cannot get it to work after a week and a half. Will not let me sign in. Why doesn’t it work.

    I cannot even create an account using the app. I keep getting an error message that the user pool client does not exist! So frustrating!
  • Does not work well.

    I just got this watch yesterday. I followed all the directions. It does not compute the steps well. I had my phone in my pocket and had more steps on the phone than on the watch. I went a step further and walked on the treadmill, it still didn't add the steps in. For the amount this watch cost I could have spent a few more dollars to get a Fitbit. Never again.

    Hi! The pedometer works with a mechanism within the device that as you step and move your arm, it tracks the steps you are taking. This is one reason why your phone is counting more steps than your smartwatch as your hand was on the handrail.

    I brought this two weeks ago it doesn’t keep sets and freezes going to return very disappointed.
  • Waste of money

    All around the app is bad won’t ever let me log in the watch is cheap and doesn’t work after a week just don’t buy

  • Don’t buy

    For the 1st 2weeks this watch worked good after that the bp stopped working now it freezes up and you can’t turn it off you have to wait until the battery dies then when you charge it up some features won’t work such as the phone and message notifications and the step meter recorded that I took 2,000 steps and I was in the bed sick customer service couldn’t fix it worst watch ever 🙄
