  • Great watch

    This is a great watch I love it it does all that a Apple Watch does as far as I’m concerned
  • App problems

    The app keeps crashing. Loads then crashes I just updated the app yesterday
  • Exits out of app after 1 second

    I love the watch and the app but I have to keep deleting and redone loading the app because it keeps exiting me out. And to the point I can’t even get in.

    I really like it and all but when you use a custom watch face the word font is really blocky and just doesn’t look good. Hoping you could maybe add a feature to change the word font or just fix this in general.

    Thanks for your feedback. We will continue to expand watch face options and if it's available on your device, we strongly suggest you take a look at the full watch face library. Lots of great options in there with more coming!
  • Too many issues

    I got this watch as a Christmas present, when I first got it, the watch was ok but took a few days to start recording my steps. A 4-5 days ago randomly I got done with a workout and it said 0 steps when I use the sports mode! And even just the watch in general won’t record my steps at all. I’ve tried resetting the watch twice/turning it on and off. I talked to someone on customer support who had me send my receipt & said I can send the watch back in and get a new watch. At this point I don’t even want to hassle I just want a refund !!! I should’ve just got a Apple Watch!

  • App no longer connects

    App randomly disconnected from watch, tried several steps to try and reconnect. When I un-installed and re-installed the app it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn’t let me enter my DOB properly. Tried dragging the month to my birth month and it would automatically go back to February for some reason, same for day/year. Tried turning watch off & back on. Can’t update firmware because it no longer connects or can be discovered by the app.
