eStatements unreliable, annoying prompt on app launch
The annoying prompt that always pops up on app launch is just plain lazy. No regard to user experience. There must be a way to show advisories on the blank white space below the BDO logo on the login screen, right? Instead of having another element blocking out the entire app pop out of nowhere? With that in the way, now I can’t just tap “Log in” immediately. I have to wait for the thing the likes of GCash and Lazada also have in theirs. Don’t be like them. Also, the “Statements” button often isn’t there, seldom only does it show up. AND my goodness does it take abnormally long to sign in with Face ID.

Krap as a Garbage
This app is the most useless of all online banking. BDO wake the F up!!! Your useless brainless app is still up. Are you happy that your clients are complaining or this how you find ways to piss us off. Let your geniuses fix this garbage app.
I feel not safe with this app!
This is terrible bank app. they have replaced the old one which is way better than the new version. I can’t even access my bank account and it says my account was temporarily blocked.

OTP
You should have an easy access for us living abroad to set-up how we get the OTP once our PH number gets deactivated. It is so hard to sort things out not geeting otp. How can we log in? All your customer service has booce prompt all options asking OTP which we dont have access. Thats why we are calling in the 1st place.!

Always out of service
This App is rubbish everytime I try to log in it does not recognise my user and password it says under maintenance however if I’ll log in through web using my laptop seems okay. Only in the philippines hopefully improve your apps. I’m an oversease user from Australia hope this could improve more accessble through mobile.

Doesn’t work!!!
The old App worked. I can’t understand why it was replaced by this useless app. It won’t even pull up my accounts; it requires me to re-register my accounts but won’t even allow me to enter one. BDO developer doesn’t collect data on feedback. No wonder its User Experience within the app sucks. Fix this… you’re doing a disservice to your customers.

Complete Waste of Memory Space
I cannot login to do anything on this App but I can login via the browser. The old is was useless this one is more useless. BDO should really invest on their App. It’s 2024 and for a multibillion company to offer this kind of IT service to their customers is ridiculous

Worst Banking app
This new version is not working at all. The worst app created to date. How many times I had to reset my password just to login and yet still unable to access it. Who ever develop this new version should be fired from his job. Now I had to use the web version instead.
