BDO Digital Banking and this BDO online Whats the difference? With the recent hacking incident on this bank, how can you trust this apps?

No OTP code sent
App won’t allow sign it. No OTP code is sent. Username and password work on the website log in so I know my log info is correct. Bad app.
Unable to login
I have the old BDO Digital Banking app installed but when I tried to download this app, it doesn't allow me to log in. I tried to do a recover username and password with this app. However, the one that was being emailed to me was the same username and password that I am using with the BDO Digital Banking app. So what is going on? Why I can't login with this app if the username and password is the same login that I am using with the old app?
