Can’t even log in
Can’t log in and keep on saying your account is temporary locked after multiple log in attempts. Tried to follow the procedures to reset password but can’t even receive the OTP sending to my registered #. However, I can still use my BDO account in BDO website but not in to the new BDO app.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this “new” app is forcing me to do this. I have been using BDO Digital Banking app for decades and was happy with it. Then this poorly developed version is introduced and now I am losing my trust with BDO’s internet banking capability. First problem, after registering I realized that you have to manually enroll all your accounts, the b_s that they advertised that individual accounts automatically visible is not true. Second problem, my EIP account is not directly accessible in this “new” app, even after I enrolled this. Clicking on the EIP account opens the web browser in my phone where I have to log-in again in order to see the details. Third problem, after a week of not using this ludicrous app, it does not recognize my login information anymore, even if the same login information works if I log-in via web browser.

Cannot login
I can’t even login. My credentials are correct. If i login on the web it’s working. The old app is working just fine. Don’t decommission your old app if you cant migrate the user’s account properly to the new app.

Horrible app
Redirected me from my old mobile banking to download this new version but since downloading it couldnt even log in, I got locked out from my acct because of too many attempts to log in, eventhough I always put in the correct login details it still always fails! I tried resetting the password multiple times but it always fails as well because I couldnt receive the otp thru my mobile phone. I emailed them since I am living abroad and cant get a hold of their international helpline, but it’s been months and still no response to my email, all my payments got delayed, had to ask my relatives in the PH to pay for it in the bank because I already incurred penalty as I didnt manage to pay on time as I cannot login to the app!!!! Such an inconvenience! Now I cant even see what’s happening to my money because I still cant access this app!!! IT’s been months and this issue is still not being addressed!!!

Frustrating!
It won’t let me log in, says my account was locked, but I was able to access it through a browser!

Bad design app
There are times that when I log in, it keeps saying “wrong password” eventhough I am using face recognition log in system on my iphone and the saved password is still the same. I tried to enter the same password slowly and carefully but still did not work. When I use it on desktop log in, it works. I live in the UK and I have 3 different UK bank accounts with app and they are perfectly designed with good security features and not complicated.
