Bad design app
There are times that when I log in, it keeps saying “wrong password” eventhough I am using face recognition log in system on my iphone and the saved password is still the same. I tried to enter the same password slowly and carefully but still did not work. When I use it on desktop log in, it works. I live in the UK and I have 3 different UK bank accounts with app and they are perfectly designed with good security features and not complicated.

Absolute Garbage…
I switched to the new BDO app since the old one no longer works. I've tried logging in few times, won't let me. tried resetting my password, app said my verification didn’t match. However, when I logged in through the web, my account worked perfectly fine. Very unreliable and consider at an absolute garbage!

Useless app
My password is working using the website but here doest! Its so hard to use your service and you giving us, ofw, hard time to send money to the philippines! Take some action BDO!
Not able to login with this app
I’m not sure if this app is anti ofw, very disappointing that you’re not able to login to your bank account, it always has issues and you can’t able to work on your money. I think they don’t have a daily check weather their app is working properly that they need to have complaints first before making a necessary action on it. Very poor service

Unable to login
Can anyone please explain why this app logged me out of my account and now I can’t log back in again. The app keep on asking to send OTP but I don’t see any in my messages. This is so frustrating especially from the start you guys updated and changed your mobile app. Can please fix this issue.

eStatements unreliable, annoying prompt on app launch
The annoying prompt that always pops up on app launch is just plain lazy. No regard to user experience. There must be a way to show advisories on the blank white space below the BDO logo on the login screen, right? Instead of having another element blocking out the entire app pop out of nowhere? With that in the way, now I can’t just tap “Log in” immediately. I have to wait for the thing the likes of GCash and Lazada have also have in theirs. Don’t be like them. Also, the “Statements” button often isn’t there, seldom only does it show up.
