Ellen’s coaching program is the BEST!

I signed up for the 6 week coaching program after many failed attempts to exercise more consistently and eat more nutritiously. Ellen’s program is truly the best thing I’ve done for myself and the first program that has given me real results that are sustainable. I cannot recommend Ellen and her program enough. It is the best!

Easy, efficient and effective

I’m an experienced exerciser and I appreciate the structure and flow of this app. The workouts are straightforward and very effective. Fits in to my busy lifestyle

This app is so worth it!

The app is perfect for a quick but effective workouts. There are so many options & very helpful videos from Ellen. I did the 6 week challenge & online coaching program and I couldn’t recommend it more! I am SO happy I chose to do this & after my mom saw my before and after pics she said “what kind of magic is she showing you?!” I didn’t ever feel restricted or like I wanted to quit. Once you get going you feel so good & strong!!

Love love loved this program!

I just completed Ellen’a 6 week Fit Fam boot camp to re-motivate myself into better health and wellness habits. Having the support of a group along with Ellen’s knowledge and guidance was really helpful. I haven’t been this consistent with exercise in a long time and I’m remembering how important consistency is for seeing / feeling the results I want. Bringing so much awareness back to my health, I naturally gave up drinking alcohol during this program, and cut out coffee as well, and I’m already starting to notice a difference in how I feel, and that motivation to keep up the work after this programs has ended. I’d recommend the six week program to anyone who’s just beginning their health and wellness journey, as the goals are challenging yet attainable, and to anyone who needs a reset to take back control of their mind, body, and health. My only issue with the app is that I often had to sign back in at the beginning of several workouts, but other than that it’s been such a useful tool. Thank you Ellen for being there for us and keeping everything so positive and informative!

Life changing!!

I have always been super into working out. In fact, I have even done other challenges in the past. Nothing compares to this 6 week challenge, Ellen’s workouts, and her amazing nutritious advice. I struggled so much with gut health and bloating, and it is crazy how much better I look and feel after 6 short weeks! If you’re thinking about doing this, do it. I have learned a ton and have implemented several new healthy habits that have changed my life. To top it off - Ellen is encouraging, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Amazing!!

This app and Ellen are fantastic, so flexible with your schedule, you can do at home, in the gym, or really any space you’d like!! Super easy to understand and she is so down to earth! Any questions or concerns you are having she’s right along to help out! Intentional coaching calls and a meal plan/ ideas to help you along the way as well! Was the best thing I did learning from her what was ACTUALLY good for my body and what ingredients I thought were “good” but really weren’t! Very eye opening and I can’t wait to see where the rest of my journey takes me after learning from these gals! 🤍✨👏🏼

Best 6 week challenge program to date

Wow, seriously the best decision I ever made was to complete the 6 week challenge with Ellen as my coach. The accountability group chat, the excitement over making creative healthy meals, and the ease of everything on one app has transformed my mental and physical health drastically. I was looking for a way back into health and fitness, as I have been lacking motivation during grad school, and let me tell you: this is the solution! The workouts build upon each other every week and you can choose your light/heavy weights that work right for you. I love how user- friendly the app is and will definitely continue to do Ellen’s workouts! By far best purchase of 2022🤩

Feeling on track!

Best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. The six week program was perfect for me because I needed the structure and exact plan but I’m going to repeat it again next week when it’s over! The app is awesome and helps a lot for beginners because it shows you exactly how to do the workout as you do it. The progression of the workout difficulty was perfect and I’ve found myself having fun with the work outs this week instead of it feeling too hard. Ellen is so sweet and non judgmental. I definitely recommend!

Life Changing!

Coaching from Ellen was amazing! Her approach to a healthy lifestyle is so easy and sustaining. Having a very busy life makes certain routines/programs I’ve tried in the past, hard to achieve. But Ellen’s training makes this lifestyle fit into your daily life. The app is so easy to use and I love the workouts. I work out from home and really appreciate not having to have all the different gym equipment. If you’re looking for a healthy, sustainable change in your current life, go with Ellen - you’ll love her!!

Run, don’t walk for this program!

I am on my last week with Ellen for the 6 week challenge and boy, I am sad! These 6 weeks have been such a joy with her. She pushes and supports you all while being a coach and mentor. I have learned so much about my body. Not only has Ellen healed my gut and helped me lose weight, she has helped my hormones that were in desperate need of it. I no longer fear eating due to bloating, but now, I look forward to my next meal. She has taught me gut health, healthy food choices, how to read labels (for bad ingredients, not calories), how to prioritize myself, and to enjoy working out again. She’s also taught me I don’t need to spend 2 hrs in the gym to see results. It really is a lifestyle change! I will forever be grateful to Ellen and what she has given back to me!
