Best Thing I’ve Ever Done for my Health & Fitness

Getting this app and signing up for the 6 week challenge with Ellen was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health and fitness. One of my biggest struggles with working out in the past was that I didn’t know what workouts to do, and the proper form for each exercise. Thanks to this app, this is the first time in my life I have ever worked out consistently! The app itself is so easy to use and the workouts are amazing! They’re all only 20 to 30 minutes but give you an amazing and effective workout. Each workout comes with a video of exactly how to do each exercise which was so helpful for me. Also, Ellen is the sweetest coach! Her knowledge about health and fitness and her passion passion for helping people is so impressive and inspiring. Ellen was there for any question I had and supported me through all my struggles. When I struggled with my confidence, which is a big struggle for me as it is for a lot of people, she was there to pick me up and make me feel better about myself. When I talked negatively about myself, she encouraged me to change my outlook. She is truly such a kind human and my favorite part about this experience by far was meeting her.

Amazing!!!

This program is phenomenal to get your fitness goals back on track in as little as 20-30 minutes! The workouts give you a variety of options to hit all your goals and see results in as little as 6 weeks! For anyone considering, do it!! Ellen is amazing :)

Life changing!!

This program has been totally transformative for my mental and physical health! I e tried a million programs over the years, but have never been able to achieve the results I have always wanted. This program tones, defines, and strengthens your body in so many ways. AND the workouts are fun and variable, so you don’t get bored from repeating the same format over and over! HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving FitinTwenty a try!!

Best Program Yet

I am so glad I found this program! I have never found a workout plan that is motivating, effective, and surrounded by such supportive women. The workouts are quick and effective which is easy to throw into my work schedule. Highly recommend looking into the Fit In Twenty meal plans as these were HUGE into seeing results. Will forever be a fit in twenty girl!!!

THIS PROGRAM

I will forever be grateful for this program and the way it’s changed me physically, emotionally and mentally! Not to mention Ellen is an amazing coach and now a forever friend! This is something you can do again and again and push yourself to up your weights; I love all the room for improvement with this app. It’s easy to do on the go when you’re traveling as well and that’s huge! I learned so many tips throughout the whole process that I will take with me forever, so if you’re debating on it, I say JUMP IN! It’s completely worth it!

Best thing I’ve done for myself

This app is truly amazing. It has helped me both mentally and physically! I was skeptical with how quick it was, but I have seen amazing results in such a short time, unlike other plans I have tried before. I am living such a happier and healthier lifestyle, and will continue using this program. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

LOVE THIS APP!

This app is life changing! The 6 week challenge pushes you in the best way, provides ample workouts that vary each day so you never get bored with a workout! The app is super user friendly and provides a great workout experience. Highly recommend!

Best workout

This is the best workout app out there! I completed Ellen’s 6 week challenge and for the first time ever actually saw results all around. I highly recommend this app. I started the program again as well as another one cause I loved it so much!

Currently doing the 6 week challenge and I love it! Seeing so much progress and most importantly feeling amazing. This app makes it so flexible to workout anywhere and also listen to music at the same time. Highly recommend!

Best fitness/health app!

I have been doing the six week challenge and am loving the results I am seeing! I have done a lot of fitness challenges, but this is by far my favorite. The workouts challenge you and the meal plan is amazing. I definitely recommend doing this program!
