Great idea, not user friendly and options aren’t good
In addition, you can’t really edit your notification settings for specific things you can only turn them on or turn them off. I can’t see the beginning of an a person or an animal coming into the picture until three seconds after they’ve already entered the cameras site and the lights are delayed coming on. I don’t know if that’s a Settings thing but now if it is, I have to call the organization to be able to find out either way. there’s nothing you can do with this system without having a customer service person available. I’m still not sure how I like the service at all but I’m already maybe three weeks not even into my monthly amount and I’m already at something like 80% full. The person who installed the video cameras told me I should get Sim cards, but I never heard from, the sales rep after the installation – he had told me he was going to be here – to make sure that I actually have the Sim cards. The communication therefore is not great. I just wish I could do more on my own before I have to call somebody and this app doesn’t make anything possible. Not a fan.
