As someone who used to believe that if I didn’t feel dead after my workouts I wasn’t doing a good job, Evlo has been a game changer for me. I am stronger and fitter than ever (and this is from someone that used to work out hard six days a week), my workouts are shorter, and I’m seeing better results. Best workout EVER!!! Happy joints, no HIIT, no jumping!
Evlo is designed and taught by a physical therapist, Dr. Shannon! She is fun, engaging, and super smart. Her method will get you results without wearing you down. Finally, a workout that’s not HIIT, no jumping required, not endless amounts of planks. She thoughtfully and intentionally plans each week so you’re not overusing muscle groups. Her warm ups and cool downs are also the most enjoyable, literally ever. It’s a sustainable workout program, and one you will look forward to, maybe for the first time! Once you start Evlo, and learn so many important things about the how and why of the method, you’ll never believe you entrusted your workouts and your joints to anyone else. You’ll never want to go go back!

Amazing joint friendly workouts!
I love Evlo workouts! I’ve been doing them just over a month and I am already stronger but my joints aren’t suffering! This app makes the classes super easy to access. The classes pass quickly and are very effective. My whole thought process around exercising has changed. And Dr Ritchey is so nice to always answer questions by email!
