  • NOT reliable personnel

I used this method for 3 months
This month May 2024 the health provider FAILED to call the pharmacy for my prescription and I I was with out medication
For almost a week it was horrible, I tried to message the personnel and they didn’t care,I was paying so I expect to get good treatment even more when you are at your Lowest but they don’t care, and they take for ever to respond in the message app I’m very upset because I do need help but I’m done with this people they don’t have a good system

  • Pros and cons

I’ve used this app for 7 months now, the doctor was nice and sent my prescriptions in every time, but when my insurance expired, I had to self pay for the treatment and the pharmacy. The only thing is, there’s no communication in the app, they just out of the blue kicked me out of their system and threw a $500 and something dollar bill on me, and told me I’d have to pay $199, make payment arrangements on the current balance, and start all over again, I had no knowledge of the balance, no one called, emailed me or anything, I told them that I was having withdrawals, and she messaged me back telling me to call 911 or go to the ER for help, I ask if I was to pay the $199 the same day can I get an doctor appointment the same day, and of course she tried to schedule me a whole week away AFTER taking the payment if I would have paid, so I told her never mind and ended up going to another provider that I ran across on social media. $99 dollars same day online doctor visit and same day pharmacy pickup, and it’s a whole lot better than this, they only care about money and not the patients!

  • Reliable and easy

I was on methadone for 15+ years. I was on about 20mg for almost a year and had been having issues with the clinic jerking me around with appointments because I only went once a month. So I stumbled across Bicycle Health and thought to myself, now is the time to take the next step. I went without methadone for almost 2 and a half days before I took my first dose of Suboxone. I felt great 20min later. I didn’t get too sick for the two rays, but felt lazy and lethargic. I switched almost 6 mos ago and am down to 1mg a day. Planning to cut that in half this month and be off in the next 2-3 completely! The dr is see virtually is great and I always get the alerts on the app when I need a urine. Wish you all the best in your recovery

  • Awesome app

This app has helped me out a lot. They are here to help and they do an excellent job with it. They don’t judge only help those who need it and are very supportive. The doctor I have is very helpful and listens and ask questions about your goals and he cares about his patients. I am glad I found this app it has saved me from a dark road and placed me on the path to recovery.

  • Is anyone home?

I wasn’t even in the program for a month and they’ve charged me and my insurance over $800. The mix of medication they prescribed me caused me jaundice after I told this “medical professional” that I was experiencing pain and symptoms associated with liver problems…. I’ve never had liver problems. They refunded me the initial $200, but then sent me a $500 bill after insurance.I can’t get anyone to help me or even contact me. The billing department never responds promptly on the app. The woman I spoke to told me to wait 48 hours for a response to my inquiry and got back to me LITERALLY 2 weeks later. Praying they don’t send me to collections while I’m waiting for a response, but they keep sending me bills, so I’m assuming they’re going to screw me like the predators they are.

  • Recommend Staying Away.

I fully detoxed (3 Days) on my own twice to begin medication prescribed. The first time the doctor sent the wrong medication so I was unable to start. The second time the team rarely responded to any of my chats and was unable to provide me with medication or help. I eventually found an in person doctor.

On top of that I’m now stuck with $80 in bills from them when in fact I received no help and if anything worsened my situation.

  • I would give them more stars if I could!

I was very scared to try bh at first. Im so glad I did. My dr is so understanding & nice. I was able to get what I needed to really start my recovery journey without having to deal with having to take the day off work or drive far all the time. I feel like I have my life back for the first time in over 8 years.

  • Poor CS

Used for about a year. When all is good it’s fine and dandy. Hopefully you don’t have an issue with a pharmacy or your prescription. Took me 3 days to get my script moved to another store. About a 24 hours window for them to answer chat. They deal in meds that keep us functional and healthy and could care less if we run out or have issues with a pharmacy.

You wana be high tech and force us to use the app for everything you need to speed up on response time. I’m canceling today, would rather goto a clinic daily then deal with being ignored.

  • Great telemedicine option for MAT!

This is now my third month to use a bicycle. The first appointment I had a few problems with them calling in the medication to the pharmacy but the pharmacy didn’t have it and it took a while to get that all straightened out but now that the pharmacy carries my medication, this is been an extremely easy service. Dr. Violet is the best. She’s very understanding. They also have support groups that meet at least daily most meet multiple times a day so it’s always easy to catch a meeting. I have a meeting with the therapist for my first time next week, and will update the review afterwards. The therapist is not required, but since I know I need therapy for anxiety and PTSD I thought I would try to use a therapist within the same platform as my treatment. I highly recommend the service and what’s even better is they accept my Insurance which means no more paying $200 a month to see a psychiatrist. I really love telemedicine as I quit driving after I was hit by an 18 wheeler, and bicycle has made it possible through an app to see my doctor, attend support group and meet with a therapist all within the same platform and what’s even better is it’s been completely free because my insurance covers it!

  • Pill Mill for 2023

It’s only a matter of time before the DEA shuts down these Buprenorphine dealers (rightfully so) Stay away from these people, they will get you hooked on huge doses of suboxone. 16+ mg daily. Then they will hold you hostage with your terrible withdrawals. Evil business practice that will SOON be shutdown. These doctors will be punished just like the pill-mill creeps that came before them. Disgusting medical “professionals” profiting off of addicts
