Terrible Service
I’ve played phone tag with them for days. They call early or late or never on time and have long hold times. When you need to use the chat it takes 30 minutes for them to respond. Absolute waste of time.SRMoore818

Must be a scam
DO NOT USE! Thinking back on the initial video interview, the lady did disclose she wasn’t a doctor, which you’d think would make it even more important she asked more specific questions about the medication I had paid for them to call into my pharmacy. The fact they were several states away (allegedly) in these post pandemic times kinda made sense, but not that they were asking all these generic questions and not the right ones. The next day everything began to unravel. I’m going to cut this short based on the one or two previous experiences in which my details review was never uploaded, to tell you that if you don’t heed the advice, you’re gonna find yourself with your medical problem unresolved PLUS out of whatever fee you pay for this bike thugs. Had for a year
This app is pretty good but has its pros and cons like everything else… it is great because they are friendly and help but also it costs a lot. It’s $200 a month without insurance, I have Kaiser so I have to pay $200. There have been some times where no one would help me when it was an emergency. But other times they helped immediately and were great. Right now, I have a problem because I had my appointment with my counselor and that’s when they send your medication to the pharmacy. My appointment was Friday night at 5:40 and pharmacies close at 6… my pharmacy is closed for the weekend and I’ve taken my last film of medication today (Saturday) I’ve been trying to contact them for hours for help and no one has responded and they say they have people on weekends for emergencies but obviously no one cares to help me right now. You could relapse if you withdrawal and they don’t care that I will withdrawal without my medication. It’s very frustrating considering you pay a lot just to talk to someone once a month and they can’t help you when you have an emergency. However the experience I have had with them has been positive but moments like these are why I’m always stressed. You don’t know if they will help or ignore.Show lessrejunshane
The best
I’ve been with Bicycle Health for about 5 to 6 months now and they are simply the best . I’ve had a couple of technical issues using their app however within minutes I always get an answer back instructing me what to do . Dr Patel and the staff at Bicycle Health are top notch at a very reasonable price , I would highly recommend Bicycle Health for anyone that wants an out patient program , they are simply the best in my opinion. Great communication and staff
I can’t say enough good things about bicycle. First off their staff is extremely friendly and extremely responsive. They also are extremely affordable if you do not have healthcare. Navigating the health system especially with medically Assisted treatment is extremely difficult. They have made it very easy to book appointments. Get your prescriptions and to get any additional care you need . They also offer different support groups as well as other tools to help overcome your addiction. I recommend them to anyone I know suffering from opiate use disorder. They are looking for a way out.Show lessbelly_boiii420

This app is a god send! Not only that but the providers. My provider Dr Steitz really cares about my well being and me as a person. Everything is done from the comfort of my own home, which really is amazing when transportation is hard for you. Not only that I don’t have to go sit in a doctors office for an hour just to be seen for 5 minutes. If you have insurance you pay little to even nothing!
