I have NEVER experienced such complete & total satisfaction with anything or anyone like I have with the staff at bicycle health.
Excellence is their daily routine! From the doctors and medical staff to the admin team to the answering service they have never just did just enough to say it’s done, NO SIR, they go above and beyond repeatedly improving and creating quality levels so high that, my generation, who has has NEVER experienced service on this HIGH a level, are left bewildered at first. Make no mistake, it’s real, and it’s spectacular! These professionals have been there for me AT ANY hour, ANY day, when I needed answers, less than 10 minutes later the App would notify me bicycle staff solved my problem! 10 minutes or less!! ¿Call the pharmacy for a refill?, ¡done! ¿Need to reschedule your appointment? !done!
This place, THESE PEOPLE are truly professionals. They are passionate about providing their patients with a level of care, service & attention that will spoil you in ways you wish other companies could learn from.
I tried 2 providers before finding Bicycle Health - disappointing experiences seemed to be those providers specialty. I chose companies by how “healthcare” sounding their name was ….DO NOT make the same mistake I did. I’ve never experienced the type of service from any medical faculty practice. They respond and answer if not immediately then within an hour but typically it’s not even that long which would be normal. However, because of this access I was able to accept a new job higher pay and move without fear of stigma or mainly finding help during COVID shut down. It is significantly going to impact Alabama residents due to new bill law against receiving this type of medical care. As a medical professional from 13 years I received better and more genuine care & concern for my health via telemedicine than in office visits. If you don’t live in Alabama than I know you will find help and support from these doctors and staff. And I love the ease of this app. Very organized and set up in a way that simplifies all questions, appointments, supper therapy, resources, lab uploads etc. 5+ Stars!Show lessFarri016

I don’t normally write reviews but they saved my life. They are always there for me no matter what time they are there to talk to me. They never ack like I am a druggy they look at me like I am just human and is there when I need them. Been with them longer then a year and they saved my life.Stephie105

This app is great for people who are seeking recovery from substance abuse. Doctor Heather is easy to speak to, has patience and will guide you through recovery with the help of medicine and therapy. It really helped me and I’am grateful!SayadL94

Dr fritz is the bomb
This app is the best they helped me and always answer my questions and dr fritz is amazing in every way she is kind compassionate and never pressures you to talk about anything until your ready so they offer treatment on your terms at your pace and that’s what separates them from the restknate tank
Don’t waste your time there just in it for the money
Was with it for two months got no therapy Wasted roughly 650 to 70 on the payment of two months and the cost of prescription and it’s just as addictive as herion to be honest Accept you don’t get high but when u run out or stop you get sick as a dog I’m throwing up and everything from suboxone it’s worse then herion withdrawels if u ask me honestly U can’t sleep at all and the restless legs are 10 worseShow lessBibzombie

Saved my life. Literally. I have my life back!! I’ve Been a patient for over a year and would recommend them to ANYONE that wants out of the cycle of addiction! They DO answer the phones, in fact they ALWAYS have answered me and they answer FAR quicker than a “regular” doctors office. They resolve issues quickly.
I’m just Reading a few of these negative reviews and it makes me feel like they are using a totally different company/app than I am!!? This medication and program are LIFESAVING. Any minor bugs within the app etc can EASILY be overlooked by ME. In the grand scheme of things, stuff like that doesn't bother me whatsoever.Show lessbb933
