WAITLISTED?! Shady move and waste of time.
Are you kidding me, bridge? I downloaded the app, got through what I thought was your splash onboarding, was led to believe everything was fully available, then it all ends with a “Join the Waitlist” screen.

Blatant lead on and disregard for best practices. You last update was a week ago. Come on.

Love the app but….
I love the app but bridge really needs to fix the incorrect balance bug. 99% of the time I have to close the app out and go back in again to see my correct balance and this bug has been going on for way to long now! Also the whole survey thing is kind of cheesy you should just be able to earn cash back. Also I would like to see mobile check deposit.

Worst debit card ever I went to the atm to withdraw money and the money never came out even had a receipt for proof and some how instead of giving me my money back they closed my account

App overall is different and fun. But my only problem is that I am referring people but not getting my credits for them at all.

BROKEN (iPhone XR)
Takes 30 minutes to log in because when I put in my login info and the app restarts.
I complete surveys and never get rewarded for them because the app always has some error and restarts.

They keep changing stuff on there so they have a referral program I met all the requirements for it and as soon and I got my last referral they took the program away and won’t give me the bonus that I earned !

I have a card and an account. Luckily I never set up a deposit to it because I go to login and they can’t find my account
