I really can’t tell what’s going on over there, the customer support said they’re having issues with their partners, their emails say they changed the cashout to gift cards to help everyone based on customer feedback (100% just a lie)….and then it’s also it’s a new enhancement.
I’m not too sure they know what’s going on right now, but I’d guess it’s one of two things:
1) they are being honest, some partners backed out, they’re scrambling a little, but are hoping to fix it sometime soon.
2) this is a smart business model unfortunately… they built a massive following from the public leveraging an attractive instant cashout rewards app with debit and ACH options, then once they had a ton of users, switch to gift cards (only 4 cards to choose from) and make some money back from unspent balances down the road.
Great app with instant cash out is fixed, not interested without it. The strange emails they send are pretty entertaining though, hope they make it.

We appreciate your feedback!The app works for the most part, but when it comes to cashing out, there are some problems. Used to be able to cash out straight to your bank account no problem, but then they started to restrict when you can cash out. They would only let you cash out and tiny five or 10 minute windows and only at 4 PM central time. You missed that then tough luck. I have asked support about it and instead of answering my question, they sidestep it and say that I can cash out to gift cards which OK if I wanted to do that I would but if I’m asking about depositing to my bank account then why sidestep the question. It’s frustrating because if you were a member of their subscription service, you’re supposed to be able to cash out to debit anytime but then they force you to do gift cards. It’s misleading and support is of no help.

We appreciate your feedback! I used to really like this app. Sure I never made a ton on it, but $5 here and there is better than nothing! Lately, though, I haven’t been able to cash out. Everytime I try, it says it’s unavailable until 5pm CST next day. Finally caught it within that time, but could only get a gift card even though my bank account is fine and has gotten a cash out from Bridge in the past. Reached out and got an email back that didn’t answer my question at all.. Really disappointed, to be honest. I just think maybe the developers are trying to do too much at one time or something, I don’t know.. And I’ve never had any other Bridge account, before they respond with that like they have for the other negative reviews.

We appreciate your feedback!This app used to be LEGIT! You used to be able to cash out directly any time of day. Ever since they merged with insurify , the app has gone down hill a bit. You can only cash out once a day, and even then it always seems to be “closed” . It says transfers open at 4pm central , even then I try , and it says the same thing. They also closed instant transfers on the weekends. So when can we instant transfer?
Maybe you had to merge with Insurify? I don’t know, what I do know is that was a bad idea

Cash outs will be available again at 4 pm Central Time (CT) today (5/31)! Please try cashing out then 🙂I was skeptical when having trouble cashing out the first two times. I wasn’t aware of their cash out window at the time but figured that out and haven’t had any problems since. I like being able to watch ads and get extra money for my purchases with my linked bank account. After being accepted to join the earn + membership my earnings have significantly increased. A couple things they could improve on is the cash out window and the 30 day cooldown to claim coins after you complete a game milestone. Overall though this app rocks!

..you’re ready to cash out. I’ve had enough coins to cash out $5 for weeks, but each day it moves the cash out window to 4pm the following day. Show up at 4pm? Nope. Still can’t cash out. You’re allowing them access to your data that they make money on, but they don’t give you access to the few pennies you amass. Any app that doesn’t allow you immediate access to your funds when you’ve accrued them comes across as shady. If you don’t have the funds to pay out at any given time, you’re not well managed. They keep pushing for referrals, but why refer people to something that isn’t 100% on the up and up? No. Not doing it.

I can say it is nice I don’t have to input every transaction or receipt I have to earn so that’s a plus and I only check in daily for my daily coins sweet! Now down fall is it does take a long time just to earn & they have to high expectations to play games to earn coins. Not everyone has time or extra money to through to apps or they already have the games and can’t earn those coins cause they already did what the task was to complete to collect coins. There should be way more ways to earn coins faster then what is available

We appreciate your feedback! I use this app every day. I love how the appearance of the app is simple, clear, and easy to use and understand. I love seeing the coins add up, and the cash register sound when claiming my coins. The key to making money on this app, is to stay engaged: check in daily, watch all ads, play games, sign up for rent rewards and Earn+, sign up to partner offers, interact with Bridge on their social media accounts and giveaways. I have cashed out several times, and as some people mentioned, the best time to cash out is Monday, usually after 3:30pm. On certain days, cash outs may not be available, but I don’t mind waiting until Mondays, because I have always received my payments.

Ago tried to cash out again and guess what nope won’t let me. Now it tells mar every day I have to come back the next day at 4 pm to cash out. It’s 4:27 pm and it’s still telling me cash out will open again tomorrow at 4 pm every day same thing over every day. I read other reviews and hey blame people for having multiple accounts for their issues. I dont have multiple accounts. I actually don’t see why or how that would be beneficial since it takes so long even when you link bank cards and All that. It pays out like 1 penny most I’ve ever got I think was 9 for a survey. Lots of survey apps that actually let you cash out. Be warned. You give this a lot of info personal Info for what seems like nothing now

We appreciate your feedback! It used to be so easy to cash out once you hit the minimum about of points. You used to be able to cash out any time. Now they have a very brief window every day at an inconvenient time where you can cash out. If you miss the window, you have to wait until the same window the next day. And if you miss that window… the cycle continues. I’ve been trying to cash out for a week now. Every time I go to do it, they say to come back tomorrow. The message says they’re trying to “improve the cash out experience” which is funny because it’s worse now than it was before. The customer support contact hasn’t been helpful. Frustrated and disappointed.
