So I signed up for the app because who doesn’t wanna earn extra money. Thought everything was going well. Even a lil to well. When I earned enough to try and cash out I even paid the money for the earn plus for instant cash out to debit card. When I tried it popped a message stating there was a window for withdraws….. strange because earn+ was supposed to be instant cash outs anytime. So I thought I’ll just try again tomorrow. So I try again and same message. Well this is stupid. So I contact customer service and they tell me their window is extremely short. Starts at 5 pm and I should be there before 5:05pm. So once again I say screw it and I’m there at 4:59 and when it hits 5 try and cash out….. nothing but same stupid message. So I give this app 0 stars but that’s not an option so 1 star. My rating will change as soon as I can get information about the cash out window and what’s going on with that. I mean everything has been working just fine with the app til about a month or 2 ago where it’s just been updated excuses on y u can’t even cash out 50 cents. I’ve seen no other problems but I’m not understanding how for the earn+ membership the money is received but all that is promised with cashing out is not available. If I could show the screenshots I’d upload it earlier today it said cash out window not available til 5pm CT now when u wait til that time to cash out it says cash outs are 1pm and 5pm CT for 2 hours. So what’s really going on? Again I’ve loved using the app up till now but I know if I’m having this problem other ppl air having the same problem so we need answers
This is a horrible app yes I’ve earned a few dollars but the bonuses they claim you will get for downloading you don’t get. I was in their Facebook group they blocked me because I didn’t lie and say great things about the app when it haven’t been great at all. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Don’t waste your time people with jobs won’t make much money. Oh and the spin is a scam too I’ve been getting one coin every spin. The only reason I still log in is for the coins but once I cash my funds out I will be deleting this horrible app and I will leave reviews everywhere since y’all blocked me from the group trying to be smart

We appreciate your feedback! Seriously? After the one Bank holiday you guys think we should wait all the time now? Then on top of that, you guys say it will be available at this time just to tell us another time instead? Give me a break, if you decide to be like one of those other companies having us “wait” a week to months to withdraw, I’ll be the customer you wanted and make like a tree. Great app, horrible what you guys are doing rn, especially bc me using bridge pays for its own membership, I dont have extra money to take out my own account, next week if no withdrawal is available on Monday, I’m gone, theres plenty of better apps and ways to get paid, but soon this wont be one of them, personally speaking. ~ Will change review if things change, until then, this is for all of us who need to know.

Update:
I did have this app rated 5 stars but I had to bump the app down one star. Reason being cashing your money out is insane and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There seems to be a VERY small window when you can cash out your money yet there’s no way you can tell when or what those times are cause they vary every day. For example you can try and cash out and it will tell you it will resume in a few hours yet check again in 15 minutes and it says can’t cash out are done will resume tomorrow, days from now, etc. Very frustrating.

I closed and opened the app, I waited a few days, I tried on a weekend but got a notification that said I could not cash out on non business days (which is odd for an app like this). Anyway, it never worked. Which is unfortunate. Ultimately I deleted the app. I was quite sad about it.

I also have never been able to verify my email account because you have never sent me a confirmation email with the link to verify. I have also contacted you on your website support page and you have yet to get back to me. This happened a few minutes ago and for the past 3 weeks every 1-2 days I’ve tried. And the date to “cash out” keeps being pushed. Have received no answer or help other than “it’s available now!” And I check and it’s the same issue, and just told to wait as always. Used to be my favorite financial bonus money app, used to refer it to everyone, don’t know why they made it so difficult now.
