  • Faulty App

    I don’t know what the devs were doing while making this app because everything is so glitchy and doesn’t even work. What was the purpose of removing the website?? The app wasn’t detecting my fingerprint, I tried like a dozen times. Asked me to use face verification and it’s not even working!! I literally never write reviews but this is unacceptable. We don’t have time for this. Fix it.

    We are trying to improve our fingerprint scanning feature. It will be improved soon. Further, we will soon update the photo capturing guidelines available in the app to explain the procedure.
  • Big Fat Zero

    I would give zero star if I could.
    The idea of e-services is nice but the issue is this App that doesn’t function properly. Added layers of complexities and features that doesn’t make any sense. The photo feature is terrible as it only allows you to take live photo with the front camera which is workable for adults and older children but not for infants. There is no way you could possibly get a correct picture of your infant with this non-sense front camera only option. There is no option to upload pre-captured or scanned photo. However, by just allowing back camera this simple issue can be resolved if pre-captured photos are not allowed. The Pak ID website was good but now they have removed NICOP/CNIC/POC application from the website and the only way is to go through this pathetic mobile App. I usually don’t leave any reviews but this one is necessary as no matter wherever we Pakistani go we always feel trapped in this Sarkari system which always adds to our problems and never seems to be helpful at all. Feel sorry for all Pakistani out there trying to get some documents for their children…

    Photo liveness check is necessary to make it a safe app. It is causing inconvenience for the infants. We will try to improve it.
  • Failure App.

    Finger and thumb prints do not scan. Why would you release this kind of software for official government use. It’s been such a time waste and frankly it is embarrassing. I see many 1 stars for 2 years they’ve had this issue. I’m sure they don’t even care to fix it. Probably just an app they can get you to download and track your location.

  • Terrible

    I would give this app zero stars if possible. There is a problem in the cloudflare based verification that prevents you from going to the page to enter credit card payment details. So even if you somehow make it through the buggy biometrics and are able to upload the required documents, you are still prevented from finishing by being blocked from entering your credit card payment details to finish the process. I’ve had a career in the software industry and this has to be the worst mobile app I’ve ever encountered for ID management and verification.
  • Frustrating

    If you are the kind of person who is very calm and collective, then this app is meant for you to transform you into the most frustrated and flustered human being what a piece of junk app this is half the time you get error that the network is unstable you keep trying. It’s just hit and miss this app is fundamentally flawed. I don’t understand how anybody can get anything done without getting insane. My brother-in-law was trying to renew his card and it took him two years. My mother-in-law her process is stuck for the loss three years and there’s no hope for her go figure go figure and figure out what is the chance of any person getting their car renewed, unless you know higher up in the government to get things done.
  • At its worst

    Previous version was far better and functional.
    1. Exisiting applications need a redo everytime opened on the app, previously all you had to do was create an application on pc and to scan finger prints open the app and boom it appears right on top. Now its so sketchy.

    2. App has serious network issues, all apps works fine infact i am writing and posting this review but pak id app wont start saying network issues.

    Please fix this app or at least take it off so we no longer have the option and can continue the conventional inked thumb fingerprints on printed form.

  • Does not work!

    What a joke of an app! I was able to smoothly apply for my first kid’s nicop on the website a few years ago and just went to the website to apply for my 2nd kid’s nicop. They redirected me to this app. I sign in and its stuck in a loading state forever and then throws an error. So I am left with no other way to apply for the nicop. If you really want to modernize the process, at least make sure it is working! Unbelievable. I always thought Nadra’s IT was decent but looks like incompetence has made its way in here as well. I have an iphone 15 with ios 17.5.1 if anyone of the dev team cares.
  • Worst app ever

    I have seen many apps. Some bad some just not good. This however is the absolute worst app I have ever seen in my life. There’s a whole different level of incompetence. You need to be able to develop an app this ridiculous. An app that logs you out after three seconds. You cannot blink before the session expires. The person that made this app should be awarded because failure of our century. True testimony to why our country is the way it is. Simply because of this developer. I don’t expect this app to ever get better. I believe this was developed to frustrate users. It is a failure at its peak. Perhaps a proud moment for the developer as he has con everyone using.
  • Time Out

    I entered information for my kid and unable to submit. Keep on getting error ‘time out’. I cancelled application and tried to restart, not I can’t start biometrics again. There is no option to start. It is frustrating.

  • Worst OF WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

    So many features are GOOD BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS SOLVING IS WORST OF WORST we paid all fees and completed everything and they got Got all our Records but still no NICOP RENEWAL SINCE MORE THAN 3 months we are going to file court cases against all this Govt worst customer service in Courts TRASH GARBAGE MANHOOS CHOR CORRUPT INTERNATIONAL BEGGARS LEADERS ADMINISTRATION
