Modification in Non-Printable Field option not present in Application
If using the application, the option to update information without the need to print a new identity card (Modification in Non-Printable Field) is not present. However this option is clearly present when using the browser version. Please get this feature added in the application as soon as possible.Waqas Shahnawaz

So many features are GOOD BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS SOLVING IS WORST OF WORST we paid all fees and completed everything and they got Got all our Records but still no NICOP RENEWAL SINCE MORE THAN 3 months we are going to file court cases against all this Govt worst customer service in CourtsSASHA1192

I went to the nadra website to apply for nicop and it said to download this app to upload a picture. The app doesn’t let me login or create an account. Any button i trap lead to a loading sign and then a few minutes later it says timmed out. Nothing works.zeadhg

Created New FRC on web but not displaying in app
I need to scan my fingerprint, but app is not showing my existing application for FRC by marriage, so, i cannot go to next option to scan fingerprint.kashif_ali18
Good but no so good
Its good to use finger print scanning via App however million tries it didn’t work. Finger could have been scanned individually rather than 4 fingers at once. Face Recognition (Selfie) is not useful either. Need lot of improvement. Its a good thought but need lot of improvements.Fahdibh
