App was better before this recent update
I made 4 ID cards easily and successfully like about a month ago. Then I just recently had to do another id card and I have not been able to complete the process. Terrible updateAJKVick

It is user friendly application and very good experience to modify my CNIC all my record updated successfully and generated new id card. Just signature issue faced because i cant do my signature on mobile screen hopefully can be uploaded by a paper in future….Tweety.lovely

I feel so proud for this app so we all may get benefit. It’s life changing app for my Pakistan legal documents. Please improve more iPhone app doesn’t work (hang on white screen in login part).ak9110
Signature
It says I don’t need a signature because my fingerprint form verified but it won’t let me move forward because I won’t give a signature. When I do give give a signature it says I still can’t move forward because I uploaded my fingerprint form therefore I don’t need a signature. I like the old ui/ux you guys had. It was more simple and straightforward. This one is annoying to navigate and I can’t skip parts either.Wendy Wuwu
Email otp not working
Hello. Email otp not working. I have been trying for a while. Tried 3 different email id’s for signup. Otp for mobile is working fine not for email. Please FIX this. Thanksmaanu@777
Useless app
Useless app. Organisation like NADRA should have developed an excellent app. Nothing is working in the app. NADRA should work more to make it a useful app.Faqir Ahmad
Best option added finger prints
App has improved alott n I appreciate the finger print option finally in the app but i am not able to see my completed applications and family certificate. Why its not there anymore?Gujrati Mafroor

Fingerprint scanner issues
Fingerprints don’t synchronize with the website. Will need to do this manually. In retrospect, Would’ve been easier to just get it done at the local NADRA officeAhad54
