    Unable to upload documents to verify ID. App goes to grey screen and doesn’t recover

  • Not able to sign up

    Get to first verification screen in the app, key in the correct code and get a “no internet” message despite perfect connection. Not able to proceed further…

    Thank you for your feedback. Since you could call Liigu a pioneer in the car rental industry, the technology may sometimes be tricky. We are carefully listening to our customers and reacting immediately when there is a need for improvement. It would be a good idea to contact our customer support if you have any questions about booking or using a Liigu car.
  • Bug NOT fixed

    So I rent a car, I pay and everything using the website. Then I download the app yesterday but I can’t complete the booking because of this bug so I cannot upload the required documents. I get in touch with the support who tells me I need to wait until tomorrow for the fix to be published. Tomorrow is now today, I get the update and … tadaaaa!! Same bug is still here!!! Gotta leave a message with support again…

    App currently not working on Apple phone to update your documents so you can verify your ID. Just showing a grey blank screen. Not great if you are about to travel!!! Without ID docs being uploaded your booking can be cancelled. Awaiting an update apparently!

  • Scammers!

    Dont ever use this car company. The app is not working well and if you have a problem they will take your deposit and tell you it’s your fault!

    Really good company! Car setup was perfect. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service would be hard to beat. I would definitely use this company again.

  • Smooth, and efficient

    I used Liigu to rent a car while staying in Estonia for several days with my partner. It was my favorite car rental experience. No waiting, great customer support and a brand new car. Can’t recommend it enough.

  • How car rental should be in mobile age

    Really great experience. Half the price of traditional car rental - and twice the convenience. Find and unlock car with app, start car with button. Excellent service too. I would highly recommend.

    Liigu is way better than any other car company. It’s completely contactless so there’s no waiting.
    I rented a Liigu in France and loved my experience.
