Gamechanger for car rental

So thrilled with my first experience with Liigu. Lovely car and a seamless pick up and drop off. Saved so much time! I’m converted!

Great experience in app and in practice - cars are great, service is great and much easier and smoother than the main stream rental companies where you have to wait for ages for your car. Favourite way to rent a car - only wish they were in more locations !

Grey Screen to Upload

Unable to upload documents to verify ID. App goes to grey screen and doesn’t recover

Dear Matulace2810, thank you for giving us feedback. Liigu’s car rental service is fully digital, so we have excellent live customer support there for you 24/7 in five languages. It is the quickest way to get help while booking or driving our car. Thank you for being so patient.

Not able to sign up

Get to first verification screen in the app, key in the correct code and get a “no internet” message despite perfect connection. Not able to proceed further…

Thank you for your feedback. Since you could call Liigu a pioneer in the car rental industry, the technology may sometimes be tricky. We are carefully listening to our customers and reacting immediately when there is a need for improvement. It would be a good idea to contact our customer support if you have any questions about booking or using a Liigu car.

Bug NOT fixed

So I rent a car, I pay and everything using the website. Then I download the app yesterday but I can’t complete the booking because of this bug so I cannot upload the required documents. I get in touch with the support who tells me I need to wait until tomorrow for the fix to be published. Tomorrow is now today, I get the update and … tadaaaa!! Same bug is still here!!! Gotta leave a message with support again…

App currently not working on Apple phone to update your documents so you can verify your ID. Just showing a grey blank screen. Not great if you are about to travel!!! Without ID docs being uploaded your booking can be cancelled. Awaiting an update apparently!

Dont ever use this car company. The app is not working well and if you have a problem they will take your deposit and tell you it’s your fault!
