Where the Apple Watch app???
A lot of problem to migrate from the old app and after hard works, I see there is no more Apple Watch app… It was really important for me. So really disappointed…SENSYB
Huge flaw
If the skybell goes offline, only the prime account owner (adminstrator) can get the skybell back online while physically near the skybelI. I am the account owner and am travelling out of country. My skybell went offline for some reason. Other family members who have access to the skybell through the app do not have the ability to get it back online as they are not the administrator. So our skybell is useless for three weeks until I return.Show lessEdcj99999

Hi, We apologize for the frustration. If you have a trusted family member who could call us while at your home, with Wi-Fi access, we can work together to find a solution. This is also good feedback for us because it sounds like we should consider a feature that allows the primary account holder to assign others as primary in situations like this. The new app, worse than the old app, doesn’t work. I can’t recommend skybell.

The developer reached out suggesting I message the same email where I’ve been trying to get help migrating to the new app, and attempting to add the device manually, which has been unsuccessful after numerous attempts. The current recommended plan is now to wait for the “forced mass migration” to the new app skybell plans for some future date. When I’ve called for help they were condescending and rude and talked in technical lingo. Skybell says they want to help but so far they haven’t.Show lessMyoutube suckd

The alarm company set it up for us. First problem is that the inside house doorbell stopped working. They said that happens a lot and nothing could be done. Who designed that at Skybell?
Now Skybell has “improved” the unit and has a new app. Since ONLY one person can have control, that person has to send out an “invite” to anyone else they want to put it on their phone.
We have spent hours and worked with their support dept and can’t get it to work on my phone (husband). I’m ready to rip the Skybell off the wall and put the old regular doorbell back.

Took some effort to get the new app going but it does work. I reset the SkyBell by holding the button down then followed the steps.Chris'cafe
I want the old Alert ringtone back
I hate that the alert tone is now connected to iOS. Bring back the old Skybell alert tone that was distinct, noticeable and actually pleasant to hear. I have tried changing from the default one on my iPhone but none of them are as noticeable as the original SkyBell one. So frustrating when things that were never broken are “upgraded.”Show lessyuwia

Thank you for the feedback! We have submitted a change request to revert back to our own notification tones and alerts. I am not sure when it's going to be included in the updates, but we have heard everyone's feedback on the change we made and are working to implement the change back to our own tones and notifications.Complete garbage

App crashes on live view
Completely unable to watch live view. This “upgraded” skybell app immediately crashes 100% of the time. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, disconnected, reconnected and tried every option I can think of, but live view always crashes the app.Reviewer019823
